The breakfast was really good at this place! The garden was really pretty and the staff were very nice and responded to all of our questions and concerns. They picked us up from Anacapri to the property and also dropped us off at the nearest bus stop to ensure we catch our ferry on time! Thanks so much for all your help with check-in and check-out and advice on what to do around the town. They also provided daily housekeeping services, refreshed our towels, and honestly the bed was so comfortable which was such a welcome luxury after all the hike we did in Capri! It was overall very relaxing! We got the Olive room.

As others have noted, the bathrooms do need some upgrade as there was mold on the shower tiles.

We love this little Villa in Anacapri. We had a garden terrace that also overlooked the ocean. The property is stunning with flowers ,fig, pomegranate and olive trees everywhere on the property. Their rooms are beautiful. This property is run by a father and his two daughters. We also had the great experience of hiring their grandson and his private boat to tour around the island and take us to the Blue grotto. Anacapri is quieter than Capri. Here walks are 7 minutes to the center of town. You can also take the chair lift up to the top of the island from here and either come back down by chair or hike down. There's a beautiful breakfast included in your stay. There is no restaurant in this little Villa, but it's only a 7-minute walk to town where there are tons of restaurants. They also arranged for us to be shuttled to one of the most beautiful restaurants in Anacapri where you watch the sunset. Food and drinks were amazing .It's easy to hop on a bus and go down to Capri. And we did like it being a lot quieter up in our Villa. Highly, highly recommend this experience and this beautiful family.

Everything was perfect. The garden is amazing, and the hosts are so nice. We were offered a free shuttle to the bus station in Anacapri. The breakfast was tasty and we were sat on the patio thst overlooks the sea. The view is fabulous. The best thing about our stay were the check in and out times. We got lucky that our room was ready early so we checked in at 11am and checked out the next day at 12pm. You can leave your luggage there and the hosts offered to bring our luggage to the bus station in the afternoon. This is great because you get 2 full days on Capri island. We would absolutely come back to Il Giardino dell'Art the next time we visit Capri island.

Everything was great. One small downside are the mosquitos, which is not the fault of the hotel, of course, but maybe they can put mosquito nets on the doors.

This hotel used to be in Michelin guide before pandemic, now it is still worth visiting, but I would think twice about it. The road from Capri to Anacapri on bus sometimes is rough and requires to stand in little bus for a long time. the garden, the sunset are fabulous. very pleasant evening with bottle of champaigne and cigar on the terrace under pine tree.

a lot of mosquitos, really, hosts pls do smth with it. all legs and body were destroyed by them. the breakfast actually could include some meat like prosciutto or ham, but there were only buns, eggs, fruits and jams/butter.

We were welcomed by Franco the owner and his family, they were all wonderful and very accommodating. Franco has an old school Italian vibe that is exactly what you picture when you are in Italy. He arranged a romantic dinner for us at Funilia as this was our honeymoon and the restaurant was amazing, the location has stunning views, excellent for sunsets. The location of this villa in AnaCapri is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, private garden/outdoor seating area. You can pick your own tomatoes and figs, they cook and serve a delicious breakfast with delicious pastries and the view of Mt. Vesuvius as well as the surrounding mountains, mediterranean was spectacular The restaurants and shops are within a 10 minutes walk, slightly uphill, the center of AnaCapri once you get there its fun to explore and find your own way...

I liked absolutely everything! The property is stunning. It really feels like you're in a hidden, secret garden overlooking the whole world. Truly magical...☺️ Don't get me started on the staff - they were all so kind, polite and helpful! Overall this stay was beyond all of my expectations. Exceptional service, location and hospitality. One of the sweetest, most beautiful and charming places I have stayed in the world. I would like to come back definitely! Amazing... ☺️

Truthfully, there wasn't anything I didn't like. Everything was beyond my expectations.

This place is located in Anacapri.Due to the tight roads, a family member will pick you up from the main bus station. The place is unique, owners are kind, its a simple yet elegant nice place. The breakfast in the morning is also simple yet it is enough and offered in such a loving way. The male owner of the place can speak perfect English and others, in case you are worried about any potential language barrier-- it does not exist.

I liked everything :) It's a bit secluded from the hustle and bustle, but that is what I wanted, I wanted a peaceful environment.

This is a family-owned place where every care is taken for you to feel welcome and comfortable. Breakfast on the terrace is great. Everyone is kind. Upon arrival, I was picked up at the bus stop in Anacapri (which was a nice surprise). I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

My room was immediately below the varanda where breakfast and meals are served. If you get this room, you will have a really big room, lots of privacy and nice garden with sea view, however expect noise from people walking, taking, and dragging chairs above you.

Responsive, kind service, provided by the Savastrano family. Terrific views from the breakfast terrace of the ocean and lovely grounds full of flowering plants, fruit trees, succulents. Healthy, generous breakfast with egg, a variety of fruits from their garden, yogurt, and breads/cakes.

Nothing. The location is not accessible by taxi because of the narrow streets so those with mobility issues may need to consider but we love walking so it was not a problem for us.

The host is very polite and sweet. They also offer free shuttle from capri bus station and give you few tips about what to visit. The garden is the highlight of this place for sure. It is very beautiful and puts you in a good mood. The breakfast is very good, far better than the typical italian breakfast you usually get.

The rooms are not really what you expect from the photos. Especially the bathroom looks like it has seen better days and would for sure need renovation.
