Nice to stay on the outskirts of Ascoli Piceno but be able to walk into town. Front desk was very friendly. Nice to have balcony outside room.

Breakfast was very basic (wrapped rusks, cornetti, little else). Room a bit small … two people could not pass each other around the bed.

Loved the cleanliness and location! Breakfast was an awesome perk. Stayed here for part of our honeymoon and will be staying here again when we visit family in Ascoli.

It was just out of the town and we could park our car. Also there was a sign at the bottom of the road advising where the hotel was, very helpful.

Felt like the hotel was on an industrial estate. Had an old fashion look and could be updated more.

Staff very warm and welcoming.

Older facilities/bathroom very small with micro-sized shower cabinet. Price reflects this, though. Inexpensive compared to most other accommodations. They make up for this with excellent breakfast!

We had a ground level room with a nice terrace patio. The breakfast was excellent. There is a restaurant across the street. The location was away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The room was a little on the small side.
