We’ve been staying there for two nights in room 107. for the center you can get by foot about 20 min. Tidy room , nice cozy yard. Kind manager who can answers for all questions. and gave us what we needed. Very close to the sea. Nice roof terrace, unfortunately didn’t work because of weather.

in first night after road we really wanted to sleep, but can’t because of loud TV from other room before 2 a.m. it can says about problems with sounds proof. The cleaning lady came to our apartment without knowing the door just open her own keys . Thanks goodness she didn’t came in and quickly locked the door, but steel it’s unacceptable. and the main problem was with hot water. In the morning it was between hot and warm and in the evening we had to had a shower with cold water.

We recently spent a week at this charming 3-star hotel, and I must say it exceeded all our expectations, delivering a true 4-star experience. As frequent travelers, we know what makes a stay memorable, and this hotel certainly hit all the marks. Despite its 3-star rating, the level of service and comfort we received was nothing short of exceptional. The owner and the cleaning lady are clearly dedicated to their work, ensuring that everything is spotless and that guests feel welcomed and cared for. Their commitment to their job really shone through, making our stay even more enjoyable. One thing that surprised us was how many people seem to use this hotel for short stays. While it’s perfect for a quick getaway, it’s equally ideal for a longer stay, like our week-long retreat. The hotel is perfectly located, close to charming small towns and just a short distance from the beach. Plus, it’s within easy reach of shops, restaurants, and even a hairdresser, making it incredibly convenient. In hindsight, our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. This hotel truly is a hidden gem, offering much more than what you might expect from a 3-star establishment. We can’t wait to return and stay even longer next time!

Everything was perfect

We booked 6 nights here to be our "base camp" for the Amalfi coast/Pompeii/Naples excursions and couldn't have been happier with the decision. The property is located up in the Amalfi Coast hills 5 minutes from the charming town of Agerola. Family owned and operated, the opposite of corporate. The Path of the Gods trailhead is a very close by in Agerola. We were basically an hour drive to Pompeii, 1.5 to Naples, hour to Sorrento. You will absolutely need a car to utlize this property as it is off the main highway and there is no public transportation close by. Parking was ok on the road, but on a hill and tight. The benefit of the location is that it was central to many things, secluded, quiet and a beautiful view from our balcony (see first pic w/clouds). The breakfast was typical Italian B&B fare, coffee was good, staff super friendly.

Nothing stands out. The only hiccup in our stay was the folks that had our room wanted to stay an extra 2 nights so Antonella put us in the larger room next door for those nights then moved our stuff to the new room when it was open. Zero difference in the view and she had us set up when we returned from our day excursion. Not really a hassle at all.

Beautiful villa, gorgeous area and an incredible garden. I especially loved the little outdoor terrace on a warm day. Massimiliano was a very sweet and attentive host, easy to talk to. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything you could want. The little shower gel pouches were one of my favourite things because they smelled soooo nice, I want to buy them for myself at home. Generally really satisfied with everything.

The only thing when booking I didn't take into consideration was the location and the distance to the city centre but knowing now how beautiful Villa Pina is, it was worth the extra effort.

When I initially arrived I was very surprised because I did not remember booking such a beautiful villa. After checking the pictures in the reservation I realized that they do not have professional photos on booking. I really recommend changing the existing pictures. The garden is amazing and beds are very comfortable.

Not much salted variety for breakfast, just prosciutto, salami and cheese (no form of eggs), sweet variety was ok and overall a decent a breakfast.

We liked Maximiliano the best as he was very accommodating and helpful. The gardens of this B&B are beautiful, well looked after, lovely roof terrace, very relaxing with sunbeds, umbrellas, and hot tub. The room was comfortable, nice outside terrace with pretty flowers and shrubs. Plentiful continental breakfast with perfect cappuccino made by Max. Parking area available next to the main building. Walking distance to the sea. Ten minute drive to Bari airport, so ideal for a stop-over. We wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Modern family run hotel near the Bari airport. Beautifully designed with lovely, well maintained garden. The rooms are small but nicely decorated with a nice balcony and a modern bath including an excellent spacious shower. There is a large roof terrace with lounges and a hot tub. The location is also a few minute walk to the Sea and several very good restaurants. And finally, the owner is wonderful, so kind and responsive. Highly recommend this property

Rooms are a bit small.

The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The building and yard were modern and tidy. the host was nice, we didn't interact much but they very nice to leave the keys for us to access the room after their working hours (we arrived late, close to midnight) We didnt book breakfast so I cannot write anything about it

The noise in the morning... The walls/doors are thin and we could hear everybody going to breakfast (our room was close to the breakfast area). Kids running and talking (like kids do, not much to complain) were waking us very early. I suppose there is nothing they can do about it and for a normal person that is used to noise it's not that bad that's why I dont rate it 10 but 9. Otherwise there is nothing I didnt like there

Such a pretty place with lots of plants and a lovely balkony! Santa Spirito is a great town to hang out in, for the great beach and dinner location! What made our stay even more great was the host, he helped us with a quick car rental and great coffee at breakfast. Villa Pina is a real holiday dream!

The accommodation is well located, within short walking distance from the beach promenade where you can find many restaurants. The room was well furnished, modern, and very clean. Also, the garden is gorgeous. The parking is very close to the accommodation and it was spacious and safe. Although we had a very short stay, we definitely recommend it even for longer stays. Also we were welcomed with great hospitality. Thanks for a great experience!
