Communication was good with the owner, and the interior of the place had a remarkable vintage aesthetic that was simply delightful.The garden is also a beautiful sight to behold, brimming with vibrant flowers and an overall charming appearance.

The beds were a bit too firm for our liking, not providing the desired level of comfort. Additionally, while the presence of peacocks was truly captivating, their early morning calls were quite loud, which made it challenging for us to get a restful night's sleep.

The building, which is turned into B&B, by itself is a rare find - it definitely has the charm and charisma. According to its current owner the estate was built in the beginning of the last century with the luvish internal and external details. The surrounding area of the estate is prompting for relaxation and walking for those who like it. Our room was big and accommodating with good bed+mattress and fully equipped bathroom. The breakfast was a buffet style with all necessary items - nice and fresh. Our special thanks go to the hosts who made our stay really memorable by being extra helpful with accommodating our needs and suggesting us places to eat and to visit.

Unfortunately, the wifi connectivity was not always available in our room and as such we had to go to one particular spot on the first floor where the wifi did work.

That was a nice location. The staff was "vriendelijk". It is a good version of Bed and breakfast. The room was a bit cold, but there was aircondition. In there i have found bathrobe for both. Parking was nice and free.

In the room should be tea. not only hot water. You schould change towels, not only clean the room. If you put a corkcrew in the kitchen, we could't use its, because the kitchen of Dining (breasfast room) was closed.

The building is so beautiful. Location near Garda Lake is very convenient if you are traveling with a car. Breakfast pretty good. Staff were kind and helpful.

We didn't manage to turn on the heating on the room, so we ended up having quite a cold winter night.

Well, the building is simply unique. Stylish and elegant. You will have to take pictures of it and send them to your friends. Of course the building is old but is very well maintained. The lady who took care of the breakfast was super kind and polite. The host sent us the check-in instructions well on time and everything went smoothly. The house is a bit far from Garda lake but if you have a car, you have no issues. We'll go again if passing by!

There were some very noisy birds (?) in the early morning somewhere... maybe in the yard... we saw some peacocks but not sure if they were the guilt ones :)

The place is lovely, and the lady who served us breakfast was very friendly and knowledgeable :)

The website said check-in from 3pm but somehow got a message saying check-in in from 4pm. We got there spot on 4pm, but would have liked a bit earlier as we spent the afternoon/evening in Lake Garda. Please make is consistent across both sources.

We loved the location and the peacocks roaming freely through the garden added to the beauty of it. Also, the breakfast was very good and Armando's mother was very sweet and helpful.

Our room door was hard to close and we only managed to push it hard and with a bang, but this should be easily fixed.

If you enter the territory at night - it can be a bit scary, but then you feel like you are in some old times, and really leave in a palace. The owner is super helpful! Every our ask was delivered. Can do a nice photos inside. Self check-in is also a plus. As well as a fridge in the room.

Breakfast is not great, only cold appetizers. The decor inside in many places looks like not cleaned for a long time. Same in the room - in general it's clean, but in hidden places quite opposite.

I liked the friendliness and responsiveness of the staff. The kindness of the 'mama' despite the exceptionally difficult circumstances (the hailstorms in the region that caused a lot of damage and a power outages).

The hospitality of the hosts was great. The breakfast was abundant and extremely tasty. The room was well air conditioned and spacious. The building, although a bit dated, radiates with good vibes and is neatly situated in an olive orchard.

The doors were screechy and we could see some cob web here and there. But with the building being located amidst an orchard, I guess you could consider the little spiders and mosquitos pets.
