The services and staff were incredibly helpful.

The hotel must have a paved pathway leading to the bus stop. Due to the high speed of passing vehicles, the hotel should install a speed reduction mechanism at the entrance to alert drivers to reduce their speed, as failure to do so could result in potential collisions with vehicles or pedestrians nearby. Thank you. The smiley emotions are not clear to me to understand. It should be in words or coloured to understand because some of us will choose the wrong ones

Parking for the car (in the motel section) is right in front of the room and isolated from others by a partition. Parking is inside the compoud and secure. We needed this security because the car was loaded. Reception is friendly and efficient. Breakfast was well furnished and good. Located near the highway exist.

The room is a bit old and needs some maintenance. The fridge did not work nor did the TV remote. We did not bother trying to get it fixed because we were tired and only there for one night, but the hotel should pay attention to maintenance.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and would choose to again if in the area. It’s well located, has really friendly staff AND Is motorsport themed. The staff even offered the chance to park our car right outside our room - a lovely gesture and consideration.

Areas of the hotel were being refreshed, so it’s going to look better next time too.

Fooood! Breakfast was great! Even exceptional! And the fact that we could park our car practically on the terrace - in front of the terrace door - less than 3m away - so we didn' have to bother with our luggage!

Very friendly staff, room spacious, lift is big enough to fit normally with wheelchair. Even the hoist was brought to the room by the hotel staff.

Too many furniture in the room, and it was quite challenging to turn around with wheelchair. But everything else was perfect

All staff were friendly and professional. Everything was clean. The rooms are a bit dated. There is parking in front of the hotel and the garage. The hotel is in such a place that you have to drive everywhere. There is a city bus stop which is not frequent.

Hotel was very nice, staff and facilities better than expected. Very friendly lady at desk and very helpful with water with iron, toothbrush toothpaste supplied on request.

Breakfast was very basic and limited.

My room was exceptional I loved the bath tub and I enjoyed it.

The breakfast setting needs upgrading. One cannot be eating the same breakfast every morning for 4 mornings it was boring

I like the location though a bit outskirts from the city. The staff were friendly.

We used the same bedsheets for the three nights.
