One of the standout features was how tidy and organized the entire place felt, which gave me a good first impression and added to the comfort of my stay.

However, there were a couple of things that could be improved. The bed in my room was quite small, which affected how comfortable I felt at night. Also, the pillow was too low and didn't offer enough support for good sleep.

The hotel was clean, had all the required facilites, in a quiet neighborhood and had a great staff! Special thanks to Stefano, the receptionist who was very kind, friendly and provided us with all the necessary information about the city, where to eat etc. The other receptionist, Mario, who we only met briefly, was also very pleasant and informative. The shower head was broken but we didn't require any maintenance as it was no big deal for us. On our surprise, the head was replaced after the first day of cleaning, so we assume thr cleaning lady noticed it and requested it to be changed. Many thanks for that! Overall it shows what a great hotel it is and how attentive and kind the staff is! We enjoyed our stay and hope to see you again! Thank you!

A great place to stay, with a great restaurant with delicious dishes. The hotel and restaurant staff create the feeling that you are among close friends. We are very satisfied with the service. A large room with very good hygiene.

I didn't like the size of the TV.

The room was large and clean, with no noise from the street traffic. Free parking. Breakfast was basic but with good coffee.

No refrigerator , or tea/coffee maker in the room.

It is a hotel where you can take advantage of high level services and there is also a highly qualified, friendly staff available for any need you may have.

This hotel is located far from the historic center of Brescia, which however can be reached by a bus service.

Nice staff at the reception. We were able to check-in late (22:30). The room was big and clean, but a little bit dark. Breakfast was simple but good.

The room was dark, with not enough light. Also, the air-conditioning made some noises.

The room was excellent, clean and well equipped with the necessary. The staff was exclusively friendly and helpful, eventhough the language barrier. Free parking right outside the hotel, very comfortable.

The air conditioner in the room needs some attention, blows and sounds ok but the air that comes out wasnt cold. The evening was not as hot that evening so it worked out ok for us.

Good location with parking near the highway exit. Breakfast should be much better.
