The location of the breakfast room is stunning. To be able to watch helicopters, sled dogs and of course the beautiful snowy mountains and landscape was very special. There were plenty of pastries to choose from . Lots of cheeses, meats, eggs and also some nice things cooked to order. I used the pool a lot because I unfortunately had a leg injury and was unable to snowboard. I did go out and have lunches on the mountain and the shuttle service from the hotel was fantastic. It was so nice sitting on the sunny balcony of the room when it wasn't snowing and enjoying the mountain vista and air.

At breakfast , I would have liked a bit more fresh fruit, like berries and also more healthier cereals perhaps. There was a large variety of food and there was fresh fruit . Just not the type I wanted so I'm probably being picky.

Location was perfect, a 15 minute walk to the town centre. The hotel offered a shuttle service to and from the Ski lifts which was very convenient as well as lockers for ski gear in the basement. Fantastic spa area.

Restaurant menu variety felt limited. Bar are was small and you didn't feel like you could completely relax there. Booked a pedicure which was performed to the side of the counter where you could overhear guests having loud conversations near the gym, would have been more relaxing in a treatment room.

Fantastic breakfast, incredibly friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for us, on call shuttle service into town or can walk as only 1km. Comfortable beds, lovely spa area, beautiful panoramic restaurant setting.

We had guests staying in the room above us and they were very noisy so woke us up each morning, sounded like a herd of elephants jumping up and down. It was slightly annoying. The food was great but the bar stopped serving at 6pm which was early and then we only had the more formal restaurant to eat in. I think the bar should serve until 8pm to provide greater choice.

The amazing bathrobes, our room had the sound of water from outside which was very relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel shuttle available at your convenience with super short waiting times. Fantastic breakfast and service with a beautiful Matterhorn view! The orange juice and nutella croissant were amazing. Tour of the hotel upon arrival. Parking garage has big size spaces. The spa is very nice too with enough sauna options, you can also grab juice/fruit from there. The roads to/from hotel are well maintained and are easy to drive even after snowfall / freezing.

The 60 minute limit for the spa, a lot of people also overstayed their time and this was not kept an eye on. But it was never too busy in the spa so maybe that was why they allow it :-) Prices in the bar for drinks were high end, for example €4 for an espresso.

Location is amazing. A few hundred meters from the "Lago Blu". Very quiet and with a gorgeous view. The spa is also wide and well equipped. The restaurant with a 270° view is also a great experience.

The hotel is really good, but the overall service is not a 5-stars. Staff is extremely nice, but it seems they are quite young and sometimes not fully experienced to the level the hotel claims to be. By reading the other ratings, I assumed that during the Summer season the quality is lower. There is no air cooling on the rooms (despite the presence of a useless thermostat). Would it be less pretentious I could give an higher rating, but it's too priced for what is the actual service.

Wow!!! The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. They provided us a tour of this GORGEOUS hotel. Rooms were beautiful and comfortable. We had two connecting rooms with an amazing view. We didn’t read good reviews of the restaurant, but we decided to try it anyway and it did not disappoint! The food was delicious. Local wines were flavorful. They were very helpful with my daughter’s allergies. Breakfast was delicious as well and they even celebrated my husband’s birthday! It is an amazing stay and we highly recommend this hotel. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the spa. The grounds are so nice to just walk around. We loved how dog friendly the hotel was too!

This is a new hotel, everything works well. Great shuttle service to town. You never wait more than a couple of minutes

Acoustics you can hear the people sleeping above you. No room service menu. Bar has no atmosphere in the hotel. No food in the afternoon before 19:00 PM. Pricing of beverages above average for the region. The rooms are small and there is no sun terrace in the winter. The hotel is in the shade.

First class treatment and friendly staff. The hotel is located 5 minutes by shuttle bus from cervinia. Shuttle buses were very quick to arrive when requested for trips to town and the slopes. The location is great with a beautiful view. The hotel sauna is great after skiing. But the staff are what made it. Nothing was too much trouble.

Everything was so amazing from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. Very helpful and friendly staff. The shuttle was great. Always available and if we had to call for it from the town, we didn’t have to wait too long. It was very convenient that we were able to purchase lift tickets and rent the skies right there. Also they had a locker for the skis that we brought with us. Breakfast was very good as well. We really enjoyed the spa and a massage there.
