Antica Pergola B&B is a magical place. Surrounded by nature as only Tuscany can offer, with a flowing stream nearby and breathtaking views all around. This farmhouse is truly a hidden gem—beautifully restored with attention to every detail. The rooms are spacious and spotless, with stunning views. The bathroom is large and modern, and the bed is huge and incredibly comfortable. Perfectly located—close to Lucca, just a short drive to Pisa, and a great base for exploring the Cinque Terre. Above all, the hosts are exceptional, offering warm hospitality and outstanding service. Breakfast is excellent, the coffee is top-notch, and everything is fresh and delicious. In the summer, there's even a pool, making it an ideal getaway. Thank you for an unforgettable experience and outstanding service!

The property is located in a small village in the mountains very close to Lucca. The property is very well decorated antic, but new. The rooms are very wide and clean, with an amazing view. The breakfast was very nice, especially when the weather is nice, as it is surved in the beautiful garden. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment, which is very convenient for up to 4 guests. There are two parking lots, parking is free with enough parking spaces. There is a very delicious restaurant 600m from the property. Just ask the host to give you directions and reserve a table, especially during the weekend. The hosts are amazing, very nice, helpful and friendly! Thank you for the hospitality. We will definitely come back!

Corine and Francesco are the perfect fit for this property, and we really don't know if property chose them, or they chose this property. Outside of town, in a quiet village, between the olives and the ancient walls is the place where you can relax from the rush of the city and find the real peace and quiet. above all, the room and the property was exceptionally clean. Check in procedure quick and easy and parking available. Whatever information we required, Francesco was there to provide it to us and book the fantastic trattoria as well. Breakfast was great and fulfilling, all the local specialties, served in original cantina of the property. We are lookinf forward to come back again, maybe in Spring, so we can enjoy the swimming pool and warmer weather, to explore Lucca even more.

This is such a sweet B&B, the property is so clean and beautiful, their is a small elevator which is great when you have luggage and kids. The owners are such lovely people and they made us feel so welcome. The breakfast was limited but very tasty. They went out of their way to make sure we had breakfast when we had to leave for an early flight.

We would have liked to be able to make tea or coffees in our room as we had to ask, and there were time restrictions. Otherwise, we don't really have any complaints.

what more can i say about Francesco and Corrine (the owners)? they were so kind and generous with their time. Francesco gave us precise directions on how to get there and where to park. they greeted us with open arms to their beautifully renovated property (a labor of love for sure). the rooms were immaculate, and the breakfast delicious. would definitely return as a base camp for Lucca, Pisa, and the surrounding area

in the morning, we could hear others guests walking about, but it was to be expected as the property is not a hotel per se, it is a home

Corrine and Francesco were kind, friendly and went beyond the expected to make us welcome and provide information on local area. The 2 rooms we booked were beautifully decorated and comfortable. The facilities - pool, dining area and garden/patio were perfect for our requirements and location (6km outside Lucca) was a great base for exploring northern Tuscany. The breakfast choices were plentiful including freshly baked bread & cakes, cheese, ham and great coffee. Close enough to local restaurants and small supermarket if you don't want to go into Lucca. Great location for cycling and walking in local hills. We were a family party consisting of 2 adults and 2 teenage children- 18 and 16. We all enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to other visitors to area and will be going back next time we visit area.

Cannot fault the Antica Pergola di San Giusto in anyway. One thing to note is car is advisable since there is no regular public transport in area.

Beautiful old property sympathetically restored. Great size room. Lovely shower room. Very comfortable with plenty of seating other than the beds. Fabulous hosts (Francesco and Corrine) who couldn’t do enough for us. They ordered taxis and booked restaurants as well as providing transfers from/to the airport. Breakfast was excellent and included a different home baked cake each day as well as a continental buffet, fresh rolls and a selection of fruit. We could also have freshly cooked eggs. We would definitely go back there. The perfect place to unwind.

Francesco and Corinne were so welcoming and friendly. Even before we arrived they were making sure everything was in order. Nothing was too much trouble. We are very grateful. The view from the room every morning when we opened the shutters was just wonderful and being 5km out of Lucca it was peaceful and quiet with a lovely breeze. The pool was wonderful our kids loved it. Breakfast was served outside and was lovely. And every morning Corinne had baked a fresh cake or muffins and Francesco remembered what we liked . Highly recommend for a relaxing stay close to everything. Their cat was gorgeous too. We have happy memories of a family holiday at this accomodation

We absolutely loved our stay with Francesco and Corrine. The house and property are beautifully restored, very clean and tastefully decorated. The breakfast is wonderful as well. Francesco has a lot of local tips which were super helpful. The B&B and its hosts are very welcoming- would always stay again.

Very nicely restored old building with very spacious and comfortable rooms. Wonderfull garden for rest, breakfast and of course colling down in the pool. The location is great in a small village close to Lucca at the foot of the Monte Sera. Frederico is a wonderfull host and makes his guests feel 100% at home. A great place to stay if you like te the rest and peace.
