Beautiful location, ran by a lovely couple who kept the hotel clean and cozy. Located within walking distance to multiple tasty and well priced restaurants. Lucca was a short drive away and well worth the visit. We had rain on one of the nights and made use of the many games available for guests in the lobby. On the following sunnier morning we made the most of the pool. The breakfast was delightful! You choose which type of pastry you would like to accompany the buffet ahead of breakfast, and can smell them being made on site the night before. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting in the area, and would happily go back.

Car park is small so just be cautious if you have a larger than average car. It easily fit our Kia Sportage Estate for reference.

The accommodation is comfortable and clean. The owners are very friendly and helpful. For breakfast, which is included in the price of accommodation, you have a choice of fruit, home made sweet cakes, croissants, yogurt, etc. If you want cold cuts and cheese platter or salty snack you have to pay extra for it. We did not use the pool, which is very clean and beautiful, because we were away all day, and after 8 p.m. it should not be used. The house is in a quiet and peaceful area, so it is ideal for those who want to rest.

I found my paradise on earth - close to the cities, yet quiet and secluded location. Tuscan villa from the dreams offers everything you need to rest and enjoy good company - beautiful rooms with bathrooms, common spaces like lounge, outdoor kitchen and dining area, magnificent swimming pool. The owners creat an atmosphere where you really feel invited, taken care of and relaxed.

Quite countryside, small and very homey, owners were super helpful yet respected our privacy. Very close to Lucca, a short ride of about 10 min. Breakfast was super generous, lots of variety and they went out of their way to accommodate for vegans among us

Elegant place that is nicely decorated. Clean room and comfortable bed. Pool area was beautiful.

Keep in mind when booking this place that you are not allowed to consume any food or drinks in your room. But that is stated in the discription when you book, but for us that's the only downside. But again we knew this and still had a wonderful time here. Nice common area where we sat and enjoyed our own drinks.

Very friendly personnel which welcomed us very warmly from the beginning. The house and outdoor area is just stunningly beautiful and you can enjoy a very nice wine outside before or after dinner. There are some very nice restaurants around, we ate at Botton d‘Oro which was just a perfect combination with the stay. The owners are so friendly and caring, it is nice to see what they have built together.

Beautiful property just outside of Lucca, friendly hosts and lots of delicious restaurants nearby. Pool was refreshing and the breakfast was great.

Before arrival it is requested to fill a form which is a bit too complicated with too many rules.

Valeria was the perfect host. Very attentive and helpful. At the same time giving plenty of space and freedom in the house and the pleasant veranda. You really feel at home. All was impeccable and comfy.

Not much. Maybe we missed usb plugs in the rooms.

They're applying to build a pool, when that happens it will be even better.
