The breakfast was exceptional! The staff was very helpful with how to access places in town. The yard was very inviting and relaxing, after a day of exploring. The neighborhood was beautiful and a great location to the beach and center of town, yet still private. I would definitely return to this lovely place!

Very nice villa in the calm area, 5 minutes on foot to the free beach. The host family is very friendly and helpful, and they do speak English. We were very pleased by the time we spent there. It was not always possible to connect to WiFi properly, but it is a minor issue.

We liked the owner and the cleaning lady Angela, who also prepared breakfasts. Accommodation is situated in family house, where the owner’s family occupies the first floor and ground floor is dedicated to be rented. There are 4 rooms for guests, shared toilets (closed), dining room (closed) and kitchen where the breakfast is prepared. Breakfast was served in the garden at dedicated table - no problem if there is nice weather, but I cannot imagine to have it in the room as there was no table nor chair. It is very close to beach, so you can go there on the foot. We recommend to visit Pisa and Livorno, with architecture similar to Venice.

The biggest drawback was the bathroom: shower corner is the cheapest one, not possible to keep it clean (see the pictures) and too small for standard figure. We could also hear everything from the neighbors even the walls are made from bricks. But that solved 1-2 glass of wine in the evening :-)

Rooms with (I guess mostly private) bathroom in a villa, in a beautiful, well kept garden, in a nice, quiet residential neighborhood. The environment is really pleasant. All rooms have either a spot on the ground floor terrace or a balcony with table and chairs, where you can sit outside and where breakfast is served. Free parking on the street or nearby streets. Wifi (not very strong though). Breakfast included in the price. Beach within walking distance.

Cleaning not very thorough. On Booking the villa has a kitchen, but guests do not have access to it. When booking, also received info about the option to have lunch or dinner, but when asking, we were actually dissuaded. Rather poor breakfast (you had to pay extra for any further option). Rather far from the centre / restaurants. The closest beach (ca 10-15 min. walk) has serviced areas (rather expensive) or the free beach which can be crowded, dirty and noisy. (Not the fault of the villa of course). The Cosmopolitan has a quite good beach restaurant with many quick dishes.

Really great location, easily accessible from Pisa (originally by bus but then by bicycle after we rented some at the nearby beach), very calm but just a quick walk to the beach and to the city center with many culinary options. Exceptionally accommodating hosts - we accidentally left with our room keys, but the owner came to Pisa to pick them up, saving us from having to completely revamp our plans!

Close to the Beach and busstop, good daily service, For the basic accomodation affordable place near centrum.

Accomodation is basic for affordable price, hot water supply for instance is low in the afternoon.
