We stayed at this hotel for two nights during our trip to Italy, and it was absolutely fantastic. The location couldn't be better, right by the sea, with stunning views and easy access to the beach. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the coastal atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. From check-in to check-out, the service was top-notch. You could really tell they cared about making guests feel welcome and comfortable. The overall experience exceeded our expectations. Great place, great people, we would definitely come back!

The hotel room was very clean and big enough for me, my husband and baby. It was quiet and it even had a fridge, which was nice on a hot day. The breakfast was good, not exceptional, but typical Italian (cornetti with different fillings) with a Western vibe (toast, cheese, jam, eggs etc.). After breakfast we went directly to the beach which is just 5-10 minutes away. I didn't expect the water in Marina di Pisa to be that clean and blue. Just the perfect water and beach (with beautiful white pebbles).

Location Close to Pisa.. Breakfast was good. Large L shaped room with dining table.

Immediate area around the Marina and beach was very quiet. Advertised Secure parking had an extra charge. Otherwise parking on the street. Access from the carpark was a little un friendly and looked unkempt, even run down. Large room was uninspiring and dated but clean and fresh.

Fantastic location near the beach. Very helpful staff. I had a problem with an incompatible plug for a laptop charger and the lady at the reception promptly provided the adapters (new) for no cost. Breakfast was decent for a vegetarian. Secure parking was available with advanced booking

The closed shower was very small but overall bathroom was spacious

Proxy beach,shops,bars,supermarkets ...bakeries... Free public parking. Helpful and kind team at reception. Amenities inside the room. Large view on sea from my room. No vending machine but possibility to drink a coffee at reception hall at anytime with pastries and croissant in the morning.

Very beautiful location, and the hotel is well kept, exceptionally clean and pleasant!

Two things could be better: 1. Breakfast could include at least some vegetables or greens, no sugar options - only boiled eggs, nothing else was available. 2. The mattresses in twin room were obviously very low quality or damaged, mine was with a "hill" on one side.

The room was of very good size and clean. the staff were very helpful. we arrived the day after the flood in Tuscany, they made our stay very comfortable. They made some good recommendations

We went there during the law season so some facilities were not available. we would like to come back under different circumstances other than during a stormy weather.

The room was amazing and just like photos. We got 1 bedroom apartment with sea view. Room 125. It was amazing and a huge space. We had full sea view from living room and bedroom. I loved this hotel!

I have no bad reviews. After 11pm front desk is closed but they give you key to get into building. And restaurants all within 5min walking distance in every direction. So positive

I stay here often, location is amazing, staff are nice but the building and rooms are a bit outdated. But that is fine as the value for money is generally good.

I like the location and view. The staff was very nice, very friendly and helpfull, special thanks to Donatella. The breakfast was tasty, croissants were very very fresh. Everything is good.
