Lovely bright and modern hotel. Clean and cool (in very hot weather). Two lovely pools. The main pool has a great shallow area for kids with a gentle slope and it has soft padding underfoot. The rooftop pool was beautiful and had a nice vibe with chill out music and a bar serving cocktails etc. Close to the beach although you do have to pay extra to use it and it was very busy (we were there in August). It also has a decent beach bar/restaurant, although you should book ahead on weekends. Our room was huge, comfortable and clean with excellent blinds to keep it cool and dark at night/early mornings. Staff were helpful, mostly friendly and some clearly very hard working (some did breakfast, lunch and dinner service). Loved the breakfast. Great choice, plenty of it and all delicious.

The food choice at both restaurants wasn’t great for children. Lots of (most of) it was fish or seafood. For two meals our children just had fries as it was all they liked. It would be nice if the beach bar stayed open a little later in the evening so you could enjoy a drink there before dinner and watch the sunset.

Breakfast was ok - buffet with plenty on offer. Coffee was a bit slow as needed to first be ordered from staff, who seemed to be very busy. Pool and beach were lovely - although the charges for beach sunloungers/parasols/gazebos are excessive, considering the cost of the accommodation.

My wife noticed a lack of dusting/cleaning throughout the rooms. Not that the rooms looked very dirty, but could have been swept/dusted/vaccumed more thoroughly. Considering the cost of staying in the hotel, the additional costs of renting sunbeds/parasol/gazebo at the beach seemed excessive.

Beautiful hotel, great facilities and very helpful staff, room was clean and tidy, air conditioning throughout. Pool was nice and quiet as most people went for the beach. Plenty of room to sit around and relax under a shade, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Kids loved it, great size family rooms.

Could do with some variety at the restaurant, a lot of seafood, great for some but not all guests. We ate at restaurants on the strip, which there are plenty of options! Shame they didn't really offer any lunch options too.

Close to Pisa airport and right on beach. Very quiet around main pool,not sure if that because of time it’d year or not many children. Adult pool may have been busier. Monday was a lot busier than Tuesday even at the beach. Food in restaurant on roof top good quality. Beach restaurant service was slow but very pleasant

Area is a bit run down and quiet which is a shame . 2 people sleeping rough on street. Not hotels fault. Breakfast could have more choice only 1 juice. Rated 5 star but realistically 4 star definitely not 5.

Everything was so close and accommodating to children. But they also have an infinitely pool for adults only. So there’s something for everybody. The beach is just s few steps away and fully equipped with everything you need. Rooms were clean and equipped with cor for our daughter.

Not a lot, but it says it’s a 5 star resort. The look and feel and the state of the pool I would give it a 3/4 star. But the service was definitely 5star! Incredibly sweet, helpful and accommodating staff.

Location is fantastic and the staff was super friendly. Convenient beachfront location with a great restaurant. Complimentary breakfast each morning included was beyond expectations. Great entertainment on weekends on the beach or music at their rooftop bar. Designated areas for adults only create a good atmosphere for everyone in a bigger group. Two restaurants on the facility with great food but also great restaurants within walking distance. There is a supermarket about 5min drive to pick up any necessary supplies. Pisa is only 25min away and an easy day trip.

The sheets on the bed felt a bit plastic so when you were hot, it was not very comfortable. The shower doors need to be update as water leaked out each time onto the floor. If you are a late night person or adjusting to jet lag, make sure you plan to have food in your room as everything closes after dinner.

We chose the hotel to stay over the night as it was very close to the airport, and our flight was very early in the morning. Didn’t regret the choice as enjoyed our short stay. Access to the beach was a bonus, and the beach restaurant surprised us with delicious seafood and very good service. Modern hotel, great pool area. Wished we could stay more to use all the facilities.

Pay for the parking €15 over night, it should be included in the rate or have some discounts for guests.

The house is wonderfully light and clean and spacious, I loved the modern feeling when I came in. Staff were super friendly, the room was bigger than I’d expected with a beautiful new bathroom. The rooftop restaurant is fantastic and the sunset view with the infinity pool unbeatable. I was there by car and found it very conveniently located to visit Pisa and Lucca. I will definitely go back.

The breakfast was disappointing, both in terms of what it was and how it was laid out in the restaurant. The latter could be easily changed by rearranging the furniture and bringing the breakfast buffet closer together. It didn’t spoil my experience though, I would simply recommend going somewhere else for breakfast, like a nice cafe nearby.

A special thanks to the hotel staff, especially the night shift receptionist Essam. Despite our late arrival at 1 AM, the check-in process was seamless. They even allowed us to use all the hotel services the next morning after checkout. Our stay was so pleasant that we wanted to extend it by two more nights, but unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Pisa. Grazie!

The view was amazing. The infinity pool at the 4th floor is worth the money, looks good, staff is nice and they serve really good cocktails. Room was clean and we had everything for a romantic weekend getaway. Two pools and beachfront offer enough choices for entertainment.

Very little options for lunch, the beach bar is full and you need to reserve in advance (there is a good restaurant 5 minutes walking distance). Breakfast is good but options are quite limited.
