Lovely bright and modern hotel. Clean and cool (in very hot weather). Two lovely pools. The main pool has a great shallow area for kids with a gentle slope and it has soft padding underfoot. The rooftop pool was beautiful and had a nice vibe with chill out music and a bar serving cocktails etc. Close to the beach although you do have to pay extra to use it and it was very busy (we were there in August). It also has a decent beach bar/restaurant, although you should book ahead on weekends. Our room was huge, comfortable and clean with excellent blinds to keep it cool and dark at night/early mornings. Staff were helpful, mostly friendly and some clearly very hard working (some did breakfast, lunch and dinner service). Loved the breakfast. Great choice, plenty of it and all delicious.

The food choice at both restaurants wasn’t great for children. Lots of (most of) it was fish or seafood. For two meals our children just had fries as it was all they liked. It would be nice if the beach bar stayed open a little later in the evening so you could enjoy a drink there before dinner and watch the sunset.

Location is fantastic and the staff was super friendly. Convenient beachfront location with a great restaurant. Complimentary breakfast each morning included was beyond expectations. Great entertainment on weekends on the beach or music at their rooftop bar. Designated areas for adults only create a good atmosphere for everyone in a bigger group. Two restaurants on the facility with great food but also great restaurants within walking distance. There is a supermarket about 5min drive to pick up any necessary supplies. Pisa is only 25min away and an easy day trip.

The sheets on the bed felt a bit plastic so when you were hot, it was not very comfortable. The shower doors need to be update as water leaked out each time onto the floor. If you are a late night person or adjusting to jet lag, make sure you plan to have food in your room as everything closes after dinner.

The house is wonderfully light and clean and spacious, I loved the modern feeling when I came in. Staff were super friendly, the room was bigger than I’d expected with a beautiful new bathroom. The rooftop restaurant is fantastic and the sunset view with the infinity pool unbeatable. I was there by car and found it very conveniently located to visit Pisa and Lucca. I will definitely go back.

The breakfast was disappointing, both in terms of what it was and how it was laid out in the restaurant. The latter could be easily changed by rearranging the furniture and bringing the breakfast buffet closer together. It didn’t spoil my experience though, I would simply recommend going somewhere else for breakfast, like a nice cafe nearby.

A special thanks to the hotel staff, especially the night shift receptionist Essam. Despite our late arrival at 1 AM, the check-in process was seamless. They even allowed us to use all the hotel services the next morning after checkout. Our stay was so pleasant that we wanted to extend it by two more nights, but unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Pisa. Grazie!

Though gray and expressionless from outside, the inside is surprisingly modern and has many comfortable corners. Two pools provide plenty of lounging opportunities and the sunset view from the roof is priceless. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating to small requests. There is bus stop just outside the hotel and it was possible to rent e-bikes on spot (25 EUR a day) to tour around.

Price for beach. Occasional long queues in the reception. The blue glow stares caused slight vertigo.

Fine hotel with a perfect location almost on the beach. Nice restaurant at the rooftop, with a very nice and serviceminded staff. Ok, but small, room - love to have the balcony with a view to the ocean behind the trees Perfect to have a safe parking for our car.

Very early check-out and very late check-in - out at 10:00, in at 16:00 And even if we checked out at 10:00 there was no room for our luggage in their luggage space :( Very expencive to rent sun beds at their beach - €70 for front-row (2 persons) I felt like I was in an old tourist hotel, when it was mandatory to wear blue plastic wristbands all the time in the hotel area..

The breakfast buffet was good (see below as well). The room was comfortable, with a small balcony facing the street. Good solid metal blinds keep the morning sun out of your room. Daily cleaning is perfect. They wash the floor daily. The rooftop restaurant is good, and the view is excellent. We had dinner there the first night and it exceeded our expectations. Also, during the day the pool is a nice place to relax - 16+ year restrictions keep most kids at the ground-floor pool and playground.

The non-pork cold-cut options on the breakfast buffet were very limited, even though there were several Muslim guests. If you're not a half-pension guest - avoid the ground-floor "buffet restaurant". The buffet part is a small selection of starters and two cakes plus fresh fruit for dessert. Besides that you chose 2 courses, which in our case seriously lacked seasoning and taste. We only used this dinner option 1 out of 3 nights.

The view was amazing. The infinity pool at the 4th floor is worth the money, looks good, staff is nice and they serve really good cocktails. Room was clean and we had everything for a romantic weekend getaway. Two pools and beachfront offer enough choices for entertainment.

Very little options for lunch, the beach bar is full and you need to reserve in advance (there is a good restaurant 5 minutes walking distance). Breakfast is good but options are quite limited.

We had some mixed feelings before our visit due to the feedback provided so far from other guests but we had a real positive surprise. The hotel was recently renovated. Our room was very cozy and clean. The staff was always nice to us. The location is pretty good. You are directly at the beach and or you can do some day trips like us (e.g. 1 hour for visiting Florence - we visited the hotel with our car so not sure how it is with guided tours etc.). The breakfast is ordinary but you have everything you would need to start your day. I recommend to at least have dinner one time at the beach and at the rooftop (we had to pay separately - maybe it is included In the halfboard option). It is a nice experience to enjoy the sunset at both locations. So for sure it is not an All Inclusive Ressort with full coverage of all meals etc. but overall it was a nice experience. Plus I really liked the concept on how they handle the beach. You have to pay per row (e.g. reservation of 1st, 2nd row at the beach etc.). In the price included is the umbrella plus two sunbeds. You will get a dedicated number and you don‘t have to fight with other guests for a place at the beach. We were visiting in August and to be honest we never had the feeling that it was overcrowded with guests. If you are visiting as a family: the have a kids entertainment team at the beach plus due to a sandbank the water depth is not so high - you can walk a small distance before the water depth becomes deep. ++ the infinity pool was really cool!

Generally, I don‘t see any big negative things. I would see just small things like parking or the beach could be included in the price (on the other hand like this at least for the beach you have some options to decide where to sit). The hotel has a very good base to probably become an All Inclusive Ressort but for sure depends on if they want to take the step. Overall, maybe they could offer some evening program (besides the live music etc. being offered during the dinner).

The staff is excellent! Thanks Denise for all the information and service. All reception, restaurant and bar staff were very welcoming, keep this up guys! Great spacious room, big balcony. Felt really comfortable. Hotel is great value for money. Also loved the breakfast. Pool still open in oktober ! Most hotels around closed it. And easy access to the beach. I really didn't mind paying for a beachchair.

The cleaning. Unacceptable for 5 stars to find dark hairs on bed, extra blanket and in the bathroom. Found dust everywhere also. 10 am checkout is way too early.
