Lovely hotel private beach so near and just fab.Facilities cleaned daily fresh towels etc.

The bus stop is conveniently located outside the hotel and runs frequently but very difficult to find the shop that sells the tickets and bus drivers very rude .One could use credit card but system doesn't take 2 passengers on one credit card

I liked the fact that the staff was very friendly and happy to help at any time. Also the pool was fantastic. Spend most of the time there. There were bars in the hotel which meant you could grab a drink and enjoy the pool at the same time.

Overall we had fun there. I wouldn’t say I had something that we didn’t like. All was good.

Nice hotels, room was large and clean, view was to the pool and beach. Bathroom was ok, clean, included everything you need. We had family room with 2 bedrooms. We also saw both sunrise and sunset from our window. Hotel was quiet, staff was very helpful and friendly, they even gave us a private parking spot in hotel garage. Checkin and checkout was fast. Pool was large, clean, few people only, a lot space to relax, and lifeguard was always present. Beach was sandy, clean, a lot of sunbeds. There was a bar and restaurant near beach. Food in restaurant was very delicious. I recommend this hotel.

Pool was not in use at it was too early and before swimming season. Room was clean and very comfortable. Fitness studio was well equipped with a wonderful view to sea. Excellent breakfast buffet and very nice staff.

Almost nothing. Hotel was renewed a lot, compared to my stays pre-Corona. Room doors can be improved or exchanged as not noise protecting and you hear people talking and walking in front of your room as if they are inside your room.

I loved the pool even though the weather was not cooperating. Had a comfortable lounge chair and umbrella. Breakfast was quite the spread, so much delicious food. I like that when I had a problem, management took care of it immediately.

My second night some other guest thought that is was okay to blast their music as loud as possible at 2 am.

Breakfast was amazing , with the best choice of food we’ve experienced at a hotel. The cocktails were nice but annoyingly they wouldn’t take any cards just cash at the bar. Overall stay enjoyable. Pool and areas clean.

I would say the beds were quite hard which I didn’t find comfortable I was very much looking forward to having an evening meal in the restaurant but we didn’t through lack of choice and options we didn’t like so ate outside the hotel..

Perfect distance from Pisa airport and bedroom with terrace had beautiful views of sunrise, sunset and everything between. Clean, quiet, relaxing and staff were friendly and welcoming.

I wish I had coffee making facilities in the room

Fabulous hotel. Mario the bar man made our stay 10/10 what a lovely man, when he retires the bar should be named ‘Marios’ the location was amazing. Room was so clean & the balcony faced onto the beach. The staff where amazing. We had an early flight home had to check out at 4am, the staff had pre ordered a taxi & made us a take away breakfast. Definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

The pool was closed until May, but we still had the beach which made up for it

Swiming pool, very nice and tidy. Beach is very close.

Strange smell in the rooms. Shower cabin could be renovated.

The room was nice enough but bigger shower or bath would be preferable. The pool and the beach were very good. Pool was at least 20meters long. Taxis are difficult.

The bar was a little small and pokey although well stocked. The breakfast was good but the breakfast area was long and narrow and an accident waiting to happen especially when the hotel was busy.
