The layout of the resort in beautiful grounds was really relaxing. We used the location as a base to explore Pisa, Florence and Lucca and spent time in the grounds and pool when not exploring.

The food for us was not to our liking. When away we like a cooked breakfast but apart from scrambled egg and very fatty streaky bacon it was all continental. We would have liked to eat dinner at the Hotel buffet after long days exploring but the choice again for us not to our liking. Please don't take this out of context. Others may have been delighted with what was available in the way of fish dishes, cold meats etc, just not for us so we mostly ate elsewhere.

The property was really nice and relaxing. The pool was great and the rooms were comfy. The staff were really helpful and nice as well.

There wasn’t any info when booking the property that you had to wear a swim cap to use the pool. This was mentioned when checking in resulting in having to pay 3€ for a swim cap per person. There was also an unimaginable amount of mosquitos around the room and in the room. There must be stagnant water near the room, in the room or on the roof to cause this.

The hotel made a very good impression. The territory is clean, rooms are comfortable and spacious. Housekeeping works well- when we asked about everyday cleaning of the room it was made well. Administrators at the reception were smiling, helpful and polite. Breakfasts were really good. There wasn't super diversity there, but food is delicious and fresh. Waitress and barista were very attentive! Really recommend this place!

There were two of us, but we only found 1 glass and 1 bottle of water in the room. Of course, it's no big deal.

Quiet hotel with lots of garden, like a campus, walking distance from the beach, room with lots of light, friendly staff. The hotel has an agreement with one of the beach "clubs" opposite where you can get a voucher for an umbrella and 2 sunbeds. Next to ammenities if some stuff needed.

Breakfast and dinner options extremely poor for a hotel listed as 4S resort. The rooms could need of a renovation or some TLC. Bathroom area had lots of mold, and the cleaning of the room was non-existent to superficial (basically do the beds and empty trashcans). Not the hotel's fault but be aware of the deadly mosquitos especially if you're sensitive to bites. Parking is non-existent especially during weekends.

Excellent locations of the hotel: near good beach, conad store with everything you need, fish restaurant. Calm quiet area. Hotel has big beautiful area with pool and good territory for walk. Breakfasts good but not super good (for us it was not enough fruits and vegetables). Good rooms and so good big and comfortable (!) bathroom in the room.

Senior manager in reception was not very friendly (not friendly!) and so seriously. We was travel with medium dog and check information about dog accommodation (it is not limits in sazi for stay with dog). But when we arrived, at the moment of check in, manager refused to put us in a room because the size of the dog was upper limit. It always very nervous moment.

Nice and green resort area. Clean and comfy room with silent AC. Pleasant pool. Nice coffee (made by classic, traditional coffee machine!!) included in the breakfast Close proximity to the sea

Mandatory wearing a swimming cap in the pool even with very short hair (ie. 2cm long). Basic breakfast fruit selection Not much to do in walking distance other than enjoying the hotel facilities and the sea.

very big rooms , the Gardens were very orgnised, and the location was good since it was possible to buy whatever you needed from the nearby markets.

Breakfast was monotonous, and the hotel has a agreement with one of the Beach contractors to provide sunbeds and umbrella for 20 € pro room, we didn't go to the pools since they were relatively small.

Room was very big and clean. Pool and Surrounding around are kept very well. We had dinner and breakfast and we ate very well. At dinner time, there was not huge amount of choices but everything was very tasty. Plenty of choices for breakfast. All staff very friendly. Also, it’s very quiet and it’s a 5min walk to the beach

Check in is very late (4pm). However, they let us check in at 2.30pm as the room was ready (the hotel was very quiet due to end of season). Drinks (even water) is not included at dinner time

Although the facilities seem old, the room was very comfortable and very clean . The room was very large and good for a family with two kids. Very comfortable mattress Nice breakfast 300 m from la Siesta private (nice) beach and a 30 mn drive away from Pisa. The staff was very professional, friendly and helpful

The location was further from restaurants and shops than I expected from what I read. It and the surrounding areas were very much in wind down for end season. The beach in particular had very little still available- no food, no water etc. Not the hotels fault obviously but it was advertised as 'their' beach. Also the hotel spa was closed
