Everything was great! The room was nice and had everything we needed. The pool was perfect, and the service was excellent. The only small downside wasn’t about the hotel itself, but the nearby beaches. We didn’t know about the umbrella and sunbed booking system, so all the spots near the water were “reserved” but left empty most of the time. We could only find places in the last row, far from the sea, which felt a bit strange since the beaches looked half-empty during the week. Also, the closest beaches to the apartments were only for military people, so those weren’t available

Really spacious apartment- we had garden/ pool view apartment. Staff were so kind and friendly, and the grounds and apartment were immaculate and well maintained. All the guests were nice to be around and respected the property and pool areas. The little bar served coffees, snacks, fresh croissants in a morning, drinks and ice creams- which was a great addition. We were really happy with the kitchen and facilities included in it, as well as a large fridge with a freezer. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here.

The beds weren’t the comfiest and the air con in the bedroom was a bit too noisy to sleep with it on- so we had to just keep the one in the kitchen/ dining room on instead overnight.

The apartment was excellent - clean, modern and well equipped. The owners and their team were very nice and helpful. The A/C was superb which really helped make our stay comfortable due to the hot weather at the time Quiet location. Nice pool and garden area

There wasn’t really anything I didn’t like but just a few points to note LITTER/GENERAL WASTE - it would be helpful to be told when checking in that you need to dispose of it in litter bins on the street and you need a residence card to do so BEACH/SUNBEDS the hotel has a discounted rate for Magno Calypso to hire sun beds and use their beach . This is on a poster outside reception but not very big or noticeable so again this would be good to learn of upon check in or when you first spoke to owners (if self checking in)

We had small but nice place with private balcony. Our studio apartment was clean and well equipped. Big and comfortable bed and quite comfortable sleeping sofa. Very nice yard with pool and some activities for the little ones. Friendly and helpful personnel🙂 there is also a bar ind the yard, where you can buy some water or ice cream

It’s nice to have a pool in the yard, but it’s open 9am -19 pm. So you can’t have a nice evening swim. Also there were not enough toiletries in the bathroom. We were 3 people for 3 nights, but only got one roll of toilet paper and one bag (15ml) of shower gel and shampoo. Also there was no bin in the bathroom

A new building, opened probably 1 year ago. Everything was new !!!. I like it very much. Parking slot at -1 level with lift access (great!). Equipment in apartment very good. Clean. Special thanks to Chiara, who gave us welcome and support. Visited in May 2024.

An air condition was very loud (a noise in the pipes) even if our unit was not working - noise was generated when probably another unit was working in adjacent apartment . We could not sleep. And the worst: in the shower it was not possible to adjust water temperature. There was only cold or very hot water. The host was aware of the failure but no fix was available for now.

The owner Chiara was super friendly , she speaks english , the room was bigger than expected , clean , with all facilities, full kitchen , welcome kit , TV and Aircondition and a Balkony. The location was the amazing, its 4 min walk from the beach. The whole area is lovely. There is swimming pool and car park in the residence.

Eventhough the room is clean when we got it , but the cleaning staff didn't come to change the room sheets or clean the room while we were there.

It is quite close to the sea, 10 min walk. There’s a free sand beach: Spiaggia delgli Americani. There are also a few private beaches, where you’ll have to pay 15-18€ per day. It’s 20-min away (on foot) from the town centre, where you can find restaurants and a supermarket. Bus number 10 runs close to the property every half an hour, making it easy to go to Pisa and back. The staff is friendly and helpful. You can rent a beach towel, there’s everything you need for a comfortable vacation.

Unfortunately, our frying pan wasn’t good to use but that’s a tiny hiccup, not really a problem.

-The accommodation was great. 15 minutes walk from the free beach. -The accommodation is comfortable for 2-3 people. -Suitable for cooking (large fridge, well-equipped kitchen) -The pool is clean and there are sunbeds -The pictures completely reflect the accommodation, I recommend the accommodation if you are looking for the sea and relaxation. -Pisa approx. 30 min. can be found by bus number 10, the bus stop is nearby.

-the shop (coop) is a 20-minute walk away, as are most restaurants -The bed is not comfortable

hotel facilities looked new and were very clean, parking in garage in basement, hotel is located in a quiet residential area with gardens and nice pine trees, walking distance 10min. to public beach or less to nearest beaches with sunchairs and cca 20min walk to local center with shops, hotel staff friendly (girl at reception speaked English, others only Italian) and provided all needef information

garage is open and swallows freely fly in and out, sometimes keeping marks on parked cars

Good underground parking. Great pool available at the location. The apartment had everything you needed, modern looking. The free beach was at about 10min walking distance, not that large but clean and easy access to the sea. Wifi available after signing in with your email and stable after confirming the access on the received email. Easy access to Pisa using bus no 10 [tickets can be bought online] and the bus station is at about 5 min.

A mosquito net would be useful at the balcony door. The city center is at about 20 min walking distance.
