Lovely, family run hotel just slightly out of town centre. Pleasant 10 min walk in through the back roads. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. The pool was exceptional. Very private and quiet. Excellent tennis courts. (Professional standard). Bikes to borrow. On a final note the family staff were amazing. Very friendly and very helpful. Would certainly use this hotel again and recommend it.

This is probably the best run hotel I have ever stayed at. Everything works perfectly. The rooms are great and extremely clean. The staff and management are extremely helpful and attentive. Bristol has a number of hotel bikes that guests are free to use which is perfect since the beach is around 500 meters away. We used the bikes for going to the beach, for short trips through the pine forest and for shopping. The breakfast is excellent and includes fresh fruit, cut ham and soft boiled eggs. The swimming pool is fantastic and has a self service bar.

Need to improve the WiFi coverage and access

Lovely stay at this hotel. It’s located in a really nice quiet coastal town about 20 minutes drive from Pisa. The outdoor pool is a particular highlight! And you’re a 10 minute walk from the small town with some lovely restaurants and the beach. The staff were all so wonderful, they couldn’t do enough to help us and ensure our stay was as pleasant as possible.

We absolutely loved it at hotel Bristol. The staff was friendly and helpful, the pool was calm and relaxing, the bed in our room was very comfortable and the whole hotel was one of the cleanest hotels we have ever seen. We really appreciated the option to freely use the hotel bikes and various discounts offered by restaurants and beaches for Bristol guests.

It is hard to find something negative; we loved it there! Really, the only thing we were missing was some vegetables at breakfast.

Our stay was overshadowed by discovering that we had a damaged tyre just as we arrived at the hotel after a long drive. We were given every help by the hotel staff, including a compressor to re-pressurise the tyre. Unfortunately this wasn't successful and we had to leave the car at the hotel and transfer to the airport by taxi. Throughout this the hotel staff were very re-assuring, and made sure that a taxi arrived on time to take us to the airport. This is a convenient location by the coast if you don't want to stay in Pisa.

As we only stayed foir 1 night and this was overtaken by the tyre problem we have no suggestions for improvement

We stayed at Hotel Bristol for 5 nights in early August 2022 in a superior double room. It was a very hot time of year [35C+] but our room was cool & comfortable thanks to excellent AC. The room was very spacious, clean, had a large bathroom and was well equipped throughout with good Wi-fi Breakfast was served in the main hotel and there was a really good selection on the buffet with staff offering coffee made to order if preferred. All the hotel staff we met were very friendly and helpful making our stay enjoyable. Prior to arrival we received helpful information which helped our stay. There is plenty of on-site parking. Highly Recommended

Very clean, basic hotel. The breakfast was great, plenty of options to choose from. The pool was lovely, a great temperature and very clean. The staff were informative and we liked the option of renting a bike, which made getting down to the beach very convenient. The room was small but had a fridge and a tv with good channels.

The bed wasn't the comfiest but pretty standard in the area. I would have liked an extra two pillows. Maybe this was available if I asked, which I didn't.

This family owned business takes time to take take care of their guests and their property. The place is immaclate and the breakfast is lovely. They were so friendly and extremely helpful in assisting me with a ticket I had gotten earlier in the week at another location. They suggested good restaurants. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and having a glass of wine at the end of the day. I would've been happy to stay here longer! ❤️

Amazing family run hotel with exceptional care & attention from all staff, from front of house to the constant cleaning you will not be disappointed. I have stayed at many hotels over the years & this one is immaculately clean! The pictures do not do it justice as it appears a little dated but the rooms are much more modern than expected (balcony room giving a great view too!) Great choice at the continental breakfast & fresh Italian cappuccino including the stocks being continually replenished. Pool was great (again immaculately clean) with towels being offered from the hotel, even a pool bar with a good selection & choice of drinks / ice creams. 10 minute walk to both the beach & Tirrenia town centre with great choice of restaurants & coffee shops. Bus stops also located here with the hotel staff giving clear directions & a map.

No negatives will be given! The helpful staff made us feel so comfortable that they would go the extra mile to help with anything.

The pool area was amazing so clean …. Plenty of sunbeds … pool was spotless … they had bikes you could use also( we didn’t but they were there) very attentive staff. Guests appeared mostly adults didn’t see any small children or family’s which was a draw as it was so quiet and relaxed

I would have liked the option to have meals there as it was quite a trek up to the main strip for food. This is only thing that stops me being able to bring my elderly parent as rest of hotel is amazing and I know they would have loved it.
