The room was spacious and a very suitable space to live in. All the amenities where all in working condition and we had no issues whatsoever locating anything! The hotels swimming pool is of a good size and has plenty sun beds around for when its busy! Location of the hotel is ideal, not far from public transport and close to restaurants and things to do! The Private beach was something that i was surprised to hear about but oh boy was it a relaxing experience

This is just personal preference! the air conditioning wasn't as effective as i'd hope it would be, but dont get me wrong, it was fine, just the rooms temperature was always fluctuating

The location was great. Breakfast was good bit should have more savoury options, too much sweets . The beach nearby is very nice and lovely restaurants.

Breakfast needs to have more options savoury and for elderly/diabetes people. Also, it is not environmentally friendly to use a disposable table cloth for breakfast. It is a beautiful hotel and layout but it should have this environmental aspect in place.

The hotel is ina superb position. Here and there it could do with a bit of modernization. The staff is so professional and attentive. Relaxed atmoaphere, you feel at home.

The breakfast with a brilliant service could use a higher quality ingredient and smarter cutlery/table cloth etc. The pillow could be of better quality.

I liked everything, especially the pool. It was clean and the deck area well maintained. The room was clean and comfortable, the air conditioning felt amazing. Once I closed the shutters it was nice and quiet so I got a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was much more than I’d expected. I was impressed with the selection and variety.

Nothing I really disliked, maybe the bulky key fob. It was cute and fun (a golf ball) but didn’t fit easily into my purse.

The staff were very friendly, the hotel was clean , Bed room was large with large bathroom, it wasn't a modern hotel but it had kept it's original style I liked that, ten minute walk to a lovely beach and nearby restaurants, the pool was out of use but that will have been because it was out of season

Excellent staff a real credit to the hotel, the parking was easy with a large car park next door as well as street and hotel parking. The food was okay I was happy! Not too noisy and sizeable room.

The hotel is pretty dated it would definitely rate a high 9 or 10 with refurbishment

Had a delayed flight and we were unable to pick up our hire car to travel to our destination. Booked this hotel online from the airport at 11pm, arriving at midnight. We were very impressed that the person on reception was aware of our arrival and with a toddler and a baby it was a great relief. Couldn’t fault anything

Size of room and staff were very helpful friendly, warm and welcoming

The bath taps were jammed and it seemed to be only the shower working. I used the shower head to fill the bath that took ages. People still like a bath not everyone wants a shower. Couldn't find any sockets in the room to charge my phone.

Nice view from the balcony, the room was pretty big as well and everything was as you would expect. The breakfast was pretty good too. We used it as a one nighter before flight back from Pisa and it wasnperfect for that.

The equipment looks a bit older now, but everything worked well. It is a bit further from the sea and the pool was a bit dirty.

Wonderful customer service. Very helpful, kind ans courteous. Spotless! Really comfortable beds. Nice breakfast 😋

Entrance to bathroom was a little tight with the sink and door too close to each other
