Location was so good. Room was so enough and clean. We saw cows and horses. A nice breakfast was included. The breakfast starts at 7.30 am. Price/performance of hotel was perfect. Pisa is tiny city. When you come to Pisa, there isn't much to see. But you can spend too much time here in the nature. I read many comments about the lack of public transportation. But you can get in the bus called 26 from center to the hotel. It takes approximately 25 minutes. After the bus you need to walk approximately 15 minustes. But the way is in the nature and it is really good experience. I recommend the hotel wholeheartedly.

Everything was so good. But we didn't check out before 9 am.

A tranquil place in a nature reserve, really close to Pisa. Wonderful view to the horses on one side and the pine tree forest on the other side of the room. Arriving in the evening seemed like entering a castle area. The room was basic, but spacious and comfortable. The place seemed to be very popular for families in the weekend. The restaurant was fully booked. A great place to relax after a day in the tourist masses. We had a nice two-hour tour with horse and carriage in the park. It was booked from the stables on the site. Breakfast had a wide variety of coffee, juice and pastry, but also ham and cheese for sandwiches.

All sounds from the neighbors were heard through the walls. You really need a car to get here. Limited time the reception is open, but the personell is available by phone.

Very good location (15-20mn from the airport, same from the tower, easy to find, atypical place which brought instantly peace & quiet, especially with that beautiful sunrise, the bedroom was spacious & comfortable, the breakfast was small but it was enough, & the food was delicious !

The location is beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. We love the doors opening to the horse field and being in the forest. The accommodations were comfortable and rustic. The hotel's breakfast service (separate from the restaurant) had many options and was really yummy.

The room had no air conditioning or screens on the doors, so when we opened the doors to get some relief from the heat, we then had to deal with many flies, gnats, and mosquitos which disrupted sleep and overall enjoyment. The restaurant was slow in dinner service and the food was bland and unimaginative, avoid if you can; there are many better options in nearby Pisa.

Remarkable location in a building full of character and a next to a farm and horse stables. A coach full of Italian schoolchildren made the place more lively and noisy than I expected, but they were well organised and the nuisance was minimal.

Very friendly welcome at the restaurant - I wish the menu had offered a little more choice.

Nice hotel in the middle of a forest. You’ll love it if you like nature. However there’s no mobile phone signal, although the Wi-Fi signal was very good in the room. The room was very clean, and breakfast was adequate (typical Italian, fresh coffee and croissants and jam). No outside noise. The kids had a bunk bed in a separate area to us in the room, with a door in the middle, which was perfect. I would recommend the hotel if you want somewhere cheap and you have a car.

This place is so special. It's so beautiful when you arrive and has the most amazing forest surrounding the hotel. The rooms are basic but are clean and comfortable. We went on a bike ride in the morning (rented at hotel for a good price) and had the best experience riding around in the surroundings. Would love to visit this place again. If you love nature and quiet this is the place. Haven't seen other hotels like it.

Breakfast was great, but repetitive. Beautiful scenery , the place is in national park , lots of sport activities.

The staff has to notify guests for the activities in the park. We couldn't get out because of the marathon , we were lucky that our flight was later.

The place has an amazing location. The apartment itself is very cozy and clean. At night, it becomes incredibly quiet, and all you hear is the song of the crickets. We slept like babies and all together felt great the next morning.

There's nothing negative that we can say about this place.

We truly enjoyed our stay and the atmosphere and location was very different from any other place we stayed at. The facilities are old but still provide everything we needed for our stay. The staff weee very friendly and welcoming! Overall I’d love to visit again.
