Accommodation near Pisa airport, the whole complex is well maintained and tasteful, the apartment itself is large enough, beautifully equipped. We were only there for one night and did not use the offers such as the outdoor pool or bicycle rental, helpful stuff at the reception.

Transportation to the accommodation may be a problem if you do not have your own or rented car. Public transport doesn't work on Sundays or holidays. We ended up having to change plans and take a taxi to get there. There is no train station at Migliarino Pisano (it's closed), so don't plan on taking the train there !!!

The swimming pool was fine. Enough sun beds. The pool is big. Unfortunately limited openingshours. No morning swim at 8.30.

Our airconditioning was broken. Our apartment was because of that very humid. There were puddles of water under the beds. They have tried to fix it but during our stay they failed. Unfortunately no apologie. Our son had very trouble with his respiratory tract. But during check out we were ignored. The appartement has a shabby garden dusty gravel en no comfortable chairs outside

Jenna greeted us on the night we arrived. Despite there was no water and WiFi (because of a storm) she did her best to make us feel at home. She recommended us a wonderful restaurant nearby where we had the most delicious focaccia ever :-) The rest of the staff was also friendly and kind. The place is hidden and quiet but yet easy to find. Excellent breakfast for only 8 euros. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The garden is big, green and well taken care of. Unfortunately we couldn't use it due to the rainy weather. We plan to go back there in spring and enjoy the place to the full.

Nothing worth mentioning

I loved everything about this hotel—the friendly staff, the room design, cleanliness, and the amazing breakfast. Over 15 days, my family stayed in nearly 10 different hotels across various countries (with similar prices and features), and this one was our favorite by far. I'm sure it's even more amazing in the summer. We definitely recommend it!

The room is perfect. It was not only a bedroom, there is also a small kitchen very well equipped (dish washer, stove, sink, glasses, Nespresso machine, table, sofa, etc.) The bathroom is good, the shower is amazing :) Lines are perfect as well. Outside is so so beautiful, quiet, calm, clean. Parking included and the location is fantastic. Many restaurants 4 minutes driving, supermarket, McDonalds, gas station. Pisa Tower is 12 minutes driving. I love the location! Staff very adorable, friendly!!!!

Good location to explore Pisa, Lucca and wider Tuscany and Liguria regions. Good size rooms and spacious kitchens. Breakfast is well worth the money! Spacious garage area.

There is no queen bed! It is actually 2 single beds put together! Hot water gets cold quickly due to small water tank.

Extraordinary accommodation, 10 minutes drive from the center of Pisa. Cozy and very clean room. Delicious breakfast and wonderful area. Friendly staff. My next stop in Pisa will definitely be here❤️

I'm not sure if it's something wrong, but if you don't have a car, it will be difficult to get here. But if you are driving, I would only go here.

An amazing one night stay! Staff went above and beyond to help us - ordering taxis to the airport, ordering pizza for our dinner over the phone as we didn't speak any Italian! The b&b is absolutely beautiful, the breakfast delicious and the pool is an added bonus. We only stayed one night before our flight home but we plan to come back and use it as a base to explore Tuscany.

Nothing - I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The staff were very friendly and really felt at ease with them. The room we stayed in was a good size, clean and comfortable. I would also recommend the breakfast! Not sure what I would suggest as an improvement as I could not fault it. I will recommend this place to friends.

Very good breakfast outside on terrace, nice beautiful landscape and family environment, the pool in the residence was fantastic, good location with access to Vecchiano beach and the surrounding towns of Pizza, Pisa, seaside resorts Forte dei Marmi, Viareggio, etc.
