The best part about this place is that it is located very conveniently for day trips to Pisa, Tuscany or Cinque Terre, yet is very quiet. The gardens were maintained very well (with nightingales singing every evening) with a spotless infinity pool. Our apartment was comfortable and located in a separate building, making it even more quiet and relaxing. We had two separate bedrooms and one large bathroom. Staff was very friendly. Big plus were the games adjacent to our apartment: badminton, table tennis and foosball (table football).

The shower screen could have been a bit bigger. It was nearly impossible to take a shower without creating a slippery bathroom floor. The toilet seat was super high: none of our family could comfortably touch the floor. Kitchen equipment, specifically cutlery, could have been a bit more extensive.

Although only 20mn from Pisa Airport and urban Pisa suburbs this is a gem of a place deep in the country side. We booked it to be close to the airport the day before our return flight, and we wished we had found it sooner for a vacation stay. Our apartment was very spacious, very clean, soundproofed, well equipped, with comfortable beds and a superb bathroom. Breakfast option was delicious and plentiful. The garden is tranquil and beautifully maintained. The (infinity) swimming pool is just divine, very big, very clean, secluded and surrounded by trees and birds. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Each apartment has a private garden area. There is also a play area for younger guests and free bikes and electric car charging pods. We very strongly recommend this place

We traveled with the whole family, 7 of us. It was very closed to Pisa tower, and about 1km away, there was a large shopping mall as well. The pension itself was AMAZING! We all loved it!!! we were supposed to stay one night, but the experience was so great that we immediately booked one more night. The villa was quite, beautiful, the crew was friendly, the rooms were very clean and equipped, the pool was wonderful. We had such a great experience, and we will definitely come back again next time for a week or two.

The grounds were beautiful and had a lovely garden to relax in. Swimming pool was perfect and makes such a difference when travelling with children. Pisa, Lucca and the beach all within reach. Breakfast was also lovely with a fantastic outdoor breakfast area. Staff very friendly and helpful too.

For me, the room was a bit small to comfortably relax in (1 adult and 2 children) as the only real social area was made into another bed. Thankfully though, we had a lovely spacious rear garden with a lovely view.

The swimming pool was fine. Enough sun beds. The pool is big. Unfortunately limited openingshours. No morning swim at 8.30.

Our airconditioning was broken. Our apartment was because of that very humid. There were puddles of water under the beds. They have tried to fix it but during our stay they failed. Unfortunately no apologie. Our son had very trouble with his respiratory tract. But during check out we were ignored. The appartement has a shabby garden dusty gravel en no comfortable chairs outside

Accommodation near Pisa airport, the whole complex is well maintained and tasteful, the apartment itself is large enough, beautifully equipped. We were only there for one night and did not use the offers such as the outdoor pool or bicycle rental, helpful stuff at the reception.

Transportation to the accommodation may be a problem if you do not have your own or rented car. Public transport doesn't work on Sundays or holidays. We ended up having to change plans and take a taxi to get there. There is no train station at Migliarino Pisano (it's closed), so don't plan on taking the train there !!!

Jenna greeted us on the night we arrived. Despite there was no water and WiFi (because of a storm) she did her best to make us feel at home. She recommended us a wonderful restaurant nearby where we had the most delicious focaccia ever :-) The rest of the staff was also friendly and kind. The place is hidden and quiet but yet easy to find. Excellent breakfast for only 8 euros. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The garden is big, green and well taken care of. Unfortunately we couldn't use it due to the rainy weather. We plan to go back there in spring and enjoy the place to the full.

Nothing worth mentioning

we had been staying last four night in different hotels every where , but every time wee booked double bed we just got two single mattresses together not nice when your couple that likes to cuddle together with bed crack, but not here so thank you very much for proper queen mattress loved it best sleep in 4 days holiday.

I loved everything about this hotel—the friendly staff, the room design, cleanliness, and the amazing breakfast. Over 15 days, my family stayed in nearly 10 different hotels across various countries (with similar prices and features), and this one was our favorite by far. I'm sure it's even more amazing in the summer. We definitely recommend it!

Definitely the best two days/nights during our road trip across Italy. By far the best hotel in every aspect. If I travel to Italy, I will choose this hotel again. Bikes and swimming pool included in price. Breakfast was excellent and cost us 9€/day/person.
