Beautiful old granary, converted to a high standard. Set in the grounds of what I assume is the owners' absolutely stunning property. The gardens and little pool are just lovely, as is the glass-walled breakfast room. We stayed in a family room which was spacious and comfortable, with lovely beams. The main bed and the sofa bed were separated by a table and chairs, giving more privacy. There was also a little kitchenette which was hidden away in a unit so was handy but unobtrusive. Full sized fridge was really handy given the super-hot weather. Location good; an easy drive to Pisa but quiet and relaxing and surrounded by fields of sunflowers.

Not all of the decor was to my taste (ie lots of blue artificial flowers in the room but popping them on top of the wardrobe sorted that!)

Paolo was incredibly welcoming. From the moment we arrived, he did everything to make us feel comfortable. The room is perfect. Spacious and equipped with everything you might need. Even though it’s about 10 minutes from Pisa, you won’t mind at ALL. The beautiful garden and the peaceful silence at night truly steal the show. We highly recommend this place!

We stay for 6 days. The accommodation was lovely, clean and comfortable. The staff (the owner and his family) was friendly, and helpful. Very good place to rest with your family. Rooms are clean and fully equipped, our room have 2 air condition which was super on the extremely hot summer. The breakfast was great and enough for a good day start. The location was perfect, not to far from the city but far enough to be quit and relax able. We are 100 % recommend this place!!!

Amazing experience. Lovely situated B&B. In the perfect distance to the both beach and Pisa. (You need a car of course) Great breakfast idea with taking orders from the fiest in the area situated in the garden.

One night the owners were pretty laud for a long time in the house other side of the yard.

Very clean, pool, great host and breakfast! Has a nice, clean pool. Very peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle. Shower was amazing. Modern, clean and hot.

Room was a little dark, could do with some better lighting. Bed sheets felt slightly damp, maybe more ventilation is needed.

Very cute place outside Pisa, a lot of nature around you and a truly relaxing experience. Paolo the host is very nice and helpful. I‘ll be back again :)

You need a car to move from and to the place, which is something that wasn’t super clear before arrival. Otherwise everything was perfect

Loved the peacefulness of the location. Beautiful setting and amazing room. Lovely housekeeper that kept our room beautiful throughout our stay. The team were all wonderful and accommodated all our breakfast requests, we are vegan so they got us avocados and bread which was a beautiful touch! The pool is wonderful and there is a fully stocked bar so we could grab water/ wine whenever we wanted.

It isnt clear that the b&b is in an extremely remote location. We arrived by taxi from Lucca on a Sunday and had no way of stocking up on lunch/ dinner. We walked in the heat to the closest open supermarket which was an hour away. Beautiful views on our walk though! Great to have a car and do come prepared- there isnt anything close by so if you dont have a car you will need to bring your own snacks!

This family run business exemplifiers what Italy is all about. The host was attentive putting extras in our room. The breakfast room was an outdoor glass room with lovely views of the gated estate. Would definitely recommend it for a relaxing stay.

Nice peaceful place and close to restaurants in driving distance. The pool is small and refreshing and has salt water so the kids played in it but weren't happy putting their heads under!

The area of Pisa felt so run down compared to where we came from which was in between Florence and Siena. Didn't get chance to have breakfast as we had to leave for our flight - we did mention we would have to leave 15 mins earlier than breakfast and would have been nice to be able to have a little something but the owner forgot/didn't understand what I meant.
