The breakfast buffet is wonderful and complete. Really good location excellent service attendants !

I’d hoped the scrambled eggs could have been fresh real eggs as processed eggs have too many synthetics. The boiled eggs could be kept hot!! Sleeping rooms well appointed but the actual mattress is much too hard and needs upgrading to match quality of hotel overall.

The hotel is great and the rooms are large and confortable. The hotel has a parking lot if you arrive by car. The restaurant is good and the breakfast is also good. I have travelled with my family and the room was very good and cosy for 4 people.

The location of the hotel is not very good. Lucca is a small city, but the hotel is located very far from the historical center. It is necessary to go by car or by bus to visit the main tourist attractions.

Spacious rooms, breakfast, staff, cleanliness. The property is dated but very well maintained. The staff very helpful and friendly. Free parking faculty. Perfect hotel to base in northern Tuscany for traveling in groups or family.

The only drawback - which has nothing to do with quality of the property, is it’s located a bit out of Lucca. But we were exploring Tuscany and this served as perfect base for us.

One of the best hotel rooms we've ever had. Very spacious ( and it was only 'standard' double), wood floors (not carpet), duvet (not sheets), bench to lay out two overnight bags (not only one which is normal), kettle in the room, enormous bed, all immaculately clean. Superb breakfast for 10 Euros . Easy parking on the spot.

The hotel is some way from the town, you have to go by car to dine in Lucca. But the hotel restaurant is quite acceptable.

Wish bar was open all afternoon, that they served even a lite lunch and would replace mattresses with quality products. Bedding great and pillows but mattresses are hard and

Rooms are big, comfortable and clean. We also had a balcony in one of the rooms. There is a gym available for guests. Breakfasts are very good. Big parking is located near the object. Old city centre is located 20-30 minutes of walk from the hotel.

Coffee was good, but not as good as you can expect (and typically experience) in Italy.

The breakfast and especially the coffee was excellent. The hotel bar and all common areas were well kept and comfortable. I did not have dinner at the restaraunt so I cannot speak to that

if I had to pick one thing it would be the view from the room

On entrance the reception the staff were very welcoming. The hotel and facilities are great. The breakfast and evening menu the food is to a exceptional standard. The room and bedding cleanliness are exceptional. Would recommend to anyone to stay

A lovely modern, airy hotel with spacious bedrooms. Dinner was very well cooked and breakfast options were plentiful. Staff coped well with catering for nut and gluten allergies in our group.

There was some traffic noise during the night from the main road but wasn’t too bothersome.
