Good location a few minutes from Pisa and nice surroundings. The room was big and clean. Friendly staff.

We didn't like the version of the bed layout a bit because we were 4 friends and the 4th bed was the second part of the sofa bed, which wasn't exactly comfortable to sleep on, but again, it wasn't too bad. We were a little more disappointed that for breakfast we only had the choice of either 1 sandwich or 2 filled croissants because this volume wasn't enough for all 4 of us, but on the other hand what we got was delicious.

Very helpful staff (opened for our breakfast at 6:00 on a Sunday morning). The rooms are located in a building with a caffe-restaurant on ground floor. Very quiet. Good parking spaces. I did not recommend for a romantic stay, because it is located in a small city, without interest. But very good location to go and visit Pisa, Livorno and Torre del Lago Puccini (we went there for the Puccini festival).

We went by car and stayed there to visit Lucca and Pisa, they are a 25-30-minute distance. The room was big, clean and quiet. The breakfast was great and Silvia (and her staff) was kind and attentive. I recommend this B&B if you want a starting point by car and explore around but want to avoid busy cities.

Nothing important but I missed more hangers on the bathroom wall to hang the towels after the shower because we were 4 people in the same room, tiny detail only.

Unfortunately there was a problem with hot water supply when we arrived. The host was trying to figure out, what the problem was, bud didn´t succeed. So we were not really able to take a shower. Such things can happen, but I would at least expect a few words of apology when we were leaving next morning..:-(

Parking was private and instructions were clear. Breakfast was excellent with clear instructions on what's included. Clean room/ with private bathroom.

There was only one key card and so if you are a family and if one has to go out, cant take out the key card, as that would switch OFF the lights in the room. Without a key card you cant access the building. The room could be improved. there was no AC even though there was an AC remote, which apparently looks like its working but not. The single bed was not comfy either.

Big cozy room with access to common room where you can use fridge and make drinks (coffe, tea). Cleanliness. Nice and helpfull staff. Great breakfast.

Facility is located by the main road - if you are sensitive it can get loudly at night/early morning because of traffic.

Great little find in a quiet town while walking the Camino di San Jacopo! The town itself was quiet and charming, and the bakery is clearly a popular spot. The room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and the breakfast in the morning was delicious.

Clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was at the bar owned by the same people and it was good. There was also a nice outdoor play area for small children. An excellent solution for touring the surrounding area. I'd return there.

Comfortable room and shower facilities, use of kitchen area, the bakery and garden. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff.

Free parking lot on the private ground behind the house. Extremely nice and friendly receptionist. There is a bakery / bar inside the house, where the breakfast is served. Within the room price we got one drink (coffee) and one salty or sweet piece from the bakery. This breakfast is extraordinary and we liked it so much, that we bought some bakery (such as pistacchio crossaints) for the whole week to take it with us. The room was perfectly clean and very modern. Very nice bathrom. Round about 10 minutes to go to Pisa by car.

Breakfast could be a little bit more, but it's also ok to buy something from the bakery, as the prices are very good. The bedroom is very nice, but not very big. At night with open windows sometimes the barking of the dogs from the neighbours might be annoying for some people, for us it didn't matter and it was only for a couple of minutes.
