We really enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The building is very old and charming, while the rooms are equipped with everything we needed. We really liked the way the landlord preserved its old charm. I didn't find the furniture old or outdated (as in some of the comments I have read here), on the contrary, it very much kept with the hotel's atmosphere. Breakfast in the small garden was a very nice addition. We felt very welcomed and were able to breathe some of the old air of Tuscany.

Not really hotel's fault: the room had a window facing the street, so it was noisy when we left the windows open. However, this was not an issue during the night/windows closed. There is air conditioning in the room, but we didn't really use it.

The hotel is really nice with nice and clean rooms, a very friendly and professional staff and a poolarea that is just top-notch! The breakfast was really nice and having it served outside in the lovely patio was just a wonderful way to start the day! The location of the hotel made it easy to get out in the evenings to the rest of the small village and the owner Roberto was always happy to help with anything!

The location is perfect, right in the centre of Bagni. We had a very warm welcome from the team, and the breakfast was more than adequate. Everything was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the kettle and tea bags in the room, though would have liked UHT milk sachets rather than creamer powder. I had a herbal tea instead so it was all fine. Good selection of TV channels.

The room was cool but it was fine as there was a lovely thick blanket in the wardrobe that I was able to use and was toasty warm and comfortable in the night.

It was beyond our expectations, the hotel has a wonderful energy, same as the location, which is not fully captured by the photos. Very clean and highly maintained with a beautiful garden and pool with salt treatment and no chlorine! The staff is very kind and helpful. The owner is dedicated. We highly recommend this place.

3 stars well supported. If you are visiting the Bagni di Lucca area and want a hotel just outside Lucca in the quiet countryside, this is the place to be. The outside is also beautiful with the pool and veranda, but we did not use these facilities. We enjoyed the breakfast which was fantastic with a large and varied buffet. Tastefully decorated and clean rooms. The hotel manager was very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and local attractions to explore. Great value for money

I was charged for even a bottle of water in my room. It might have been in the fine print, but all the other BnB’s I’ve stayed at in Italy have provided free items in the little fridge in the room or on the bedside stand. So be aware.

This is a lovely hotel in Bagni di Lucca. Roberto and his staff were all lovely and helpful. The location is on the main street in the centre . There is a supermarket 5 mins away and a few bars/restaurants nearby.

The pool was closed, which we knew beforehand, and it was out of season, but it would have been good if there was still a comfortable seating area where you could sit when the weather was nice. It wasn't a big thing for us though.

The location is great for exploring the village on foot, and being a great base to explore further by car. Roberto and the team made us feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was simple but delicious, was offered cooked eggs and bacon but didn't accept as the continental offerings were enough for us.

I liked everything about the property. The staff were exceptionally kind and hospitable. The building is an impressive old palazzo and the rooms are large and comfortable. Breakfast in the garden is lovely . The pool and terrace are elegant and modern and the views are beautiful.

Have stayed here before and knew what to expect. Good hotel in nice quiet town. Clean and comfortable and very good choices for breakfast. Very helpful staff.

Well used hotel and showing signs of being a bit tired, and could do with a bit of a spruce up,but saying that is good for short stay. Not the hotels fault but had a very loud group in one of the nearby rooms who had no consideration for any fellow guests. Hotel not that well soundproofed so guests should understand that keeping noise down is important and is just polite.
