A new building, opened probably 1 year ago. Everything was new !!!. I like it very much. Parking slot at -1 level with lift access (great!). Equipment in apartment very good. Clean. Special thanks to Chiara, who gave us welcome and support. Visited in May 2024.

An air condition was very loud (a noise in the pipes) even if our unit was not working - noise was generated when probably another unit was working in adjacent apartment . We could not sleep. And the worst: in the shower it was not possible to adjust water temperature. There was only cold or very hot water. The host was aware of the failure but no fix was available for now.

It is quite close to the sea, 10 min walk. There’s a free sand beach: Spiaggia delgli Americani. There are also a few private beaches, where you’ll have to pay 15-18€ per day. It’s 20-min away (on foot) from the town centre, where you can find restaurants and a supermarket. Bus number 10 runs close to the property every half an hour, making it easy to go to Pisa and back. The staff is friendly and helpful. You can rent a beach towel, there’s everything you need for a comfortable vacation.

Unfortunately, our frying pan wasn’t good to use but that’s a tiny hiccup, not really a problem.

-The accommodation was great. 15 minutes walk from the free beach. -The accommodation is comfortable for 2-3 people. -Suitable for cooking (large fridge, well-equipped kitchen) -The pool is clean and there are sunbeds -The pictures completely reflect the accommodation, I recommend the accommodation if you are looking for the sea and relaxation. -Pisa approx. 30 min. can be found by bus number 10, the bus stop is nearby.

-the shop (coop) is a 20-minute walk away, as are most restaurants -The bed is not comfortable

hotel facilities looked new and were very clean, parking in garage in basement, hotel is located in a quiet residential area with gardens and nice pine trees, walking distance 10min. to public beach or less to nearest beaches with sunchairs and cca 20min walk to local center with shops, hotel staff friendly (girl at reception speaked English, others only Italian) and provided all needef information

Good underground parking. Great pool available at the location. The apartment had everything you needed, modern looking. The free beach was at about 10min walking distance, not that large but clean and easy access to the sea. Wifi available after signing in with your email and stable after confirming the access on the received email. Easy access to Pisa using bus no 10 [tickets can be bought online] and the bus station is at about 5 min.

A mosquito net would be useful at the balcony door. The city center is at about 20 min walking distance.

The apartment was very comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen, nice bathroom and balcony which was out of the sun and big enough for 4 people to sit comfortably. Good airco in both bathroom and living room. Dishwasher and washing machine in the appartement. Swimming pool was nice and area surrounding the pool was also nice- sufficient beach chairs available. Approximately 5 minutes walk from the beach. The nearest supermarket was 20 minutes walk

Nice rooms, comfortable beds, nice bathroom, TV, internet, helpfully service, pool in front of the building, bicycles (possible to rent), close to the sea, and beach, quiet neighborhood, save. Good for the families because of pool, parking inside the building,

Internet restarted every 25 minutes.

We liked the hotel and of course the people, who are working there. Very supportive and always helpful. Nice territory, clean, not far from the beach (10 min walk). The presence of swim pool is big benefit. Kids were enjoying.

We booked the Apartment with separate bedroom, but in the end it was just studio with 2 beds. Not very comfortable for big family.

Welcoming staff and facilities, the staff couldn’t be any more helpful they did above and beyond with any queries we had with a huge smile on their face. The pool facilities were lovely and the grounds were manicured and well taken care off.

The room needed some mirrors at least one full length and more bathroom basic toiletries for a more comfortable stay. We couldn’t also lock the door but felt very safe on the property.

The location was perfect, the staff were helpful and the room was fantastic. Great for a family with younger children. The rooms were well stocked with full kitchen and it felt very homely. It was stylish and very clean. Excellent value for money and an underground car park too which was helpful at keeping the car safe, as well as the heat out.

We liked all of it. Would not change a thing.
