The hosts are great people, very kind and friendly. I strongly recommend to eat at the place on the evening. Fresh homemade dinner prepared by the owner. My rental car broke down in Pisa, so when we finally checked in at 10 p.m., I was really hungry. Massimo went out of his way to prepare a vegetable lasania for me, and it was one of the best meals I've ever had! Great for a family with children, great in couple, I strongly recommend this place.

I loved everything about this place. The surrounding area was beautiful and the property was amazing. The owners were absolutely sweet and helpful. The rooms were lovely and had a lot of character.

The only small thing I could even say that was a negative was it probably could use a couple of upgrades in the bathroom. The hairdryer was really old school, I could barely use it to dry my hair. :) Other than that, the place was so lovely!

The owners are very attentive and welcoming. The dinner they serve was delicious and glad we stayed the evening just to try that. Our kids cannot eat a 4 course meal so they let us order for 2 and let us taste and share which worked out perfect.

There is not much to dislike. The fridge in our room did not chill or keep anything cold so the owners let us use their fridge which was a great help.

Great place somewhere between S.Gimignano, Firenze. Great facilities (pool & tennis) I strongly recommend to eat at the place on the evening. Fresh homemade dinner prepared by the owner. If you want to disconnect and recharge batteries after intense visit days in the magic Tuscany, this is a place to discover. Great for a family with children, great in couple, I strongly recommend this place.

Quiet, off the beaten track, great hosts, felt like home. The place is a bit tricky to initially get to, but is most definitely worth it. Very calm, relaxing environment with great hosts. Amazing roaming countryside to see around the area by foot or car. Will definitely be stopping again here when back in the region. Also, Breakfast was great, with eggs made individually which was lovely

Magical place in the heart of Toscany! Suzanna and Massimo made us feel at home right away and took care of our every need. Breakfast was great and every evening they had a delicious set menu dinner - don't miss Pizza night!   The rooms were very clean and the peaceful atmosphere made it hard to leave.

When we arrived I was a bit surprised by how isolated it is, but then I just fell in love with the place, so peaceful and beautiful. The room was very nice, spacious and clean. The meals are very good. Susanna makes sure everyone has a good experience and all information they need.

I just wished there were more electrical plugs in our room, and a drying rack for towels and bathing suits. Otherwise, everything is perfect.

Susanna & Massimo, we wanted to adopt them as grandparents! What a sweet, welcoming couple ! From home cooked meals at night to must-see tips at breakfast, to a nice spacious room, to a beautiful garden, we didn’t want to leave here!

The road to the property isn’t very smooth to put it mildly 😉

Susana and Massimo are the best! If you’re thinking about staying here, don’t miss your chance. Everything felt like you were staying with family. Great location, great food, great atmosphere. If we are back to Tuscany, you can bet we know exactly where we will be staying!

Google maps may try to give you the wrong road and it is not safe to drive, but Susanna makes sure to give you correct details so make sure to listen to her!

Very quiet and nice property with day trip accessibility to several areas in Tuscany. The hosts are exceptionally friendly and very helpful. Food options were very good.

Wifi was a little spotty in our corner of the premises. Everything else was perfect.
