Host provided free beer, cool drinks. I was also able to cook myself pasta and sauce which was provided by the host as there are no shops or restaurants nearby. Perfect after walking a long day on the via Francigena. Excellent breakfast laid out the following morning. Highly recommend this place and just a short detour off the via Francigena route. My room had the perfect Tuscan view.

The hosts were very hospitable. The kitchen was stocked with staples and plenty of food for us to cook dinner and stay in. There was coffee, milk, and food in the pantry to be fully self contained and fed well! It is a wonderfully relaxing and beautiful location with wonderful sunset views from the balcony. We stayed here on our first hiking day on the Via Francigena, so we wanted to relax, eat and enjoy the scenery with a bottle of wine. We had lots of space for the four of us to spread out and sleep very well! The owners were home on the bottom floor and it was nice to watch how they live, bbqing outdoors and eating outdoors. We had our private space and never felt crowded in the villa.

The first shower was hot, the rest of us had quick, cool ones. Never allow a teenager (our own) to shower first!!

The B&B had a wonderful little terrace with a table, and we were able to cook in the fully-stocked kitchen and eat our dinner out on the terrace. Also, Sabrina went out of her way to prepare a vegan breakfast for me, which was much appreciated! The villa is a little further from shops and the hustle and bustle of town, which is exactly why we loved it. Just make sure you pop by the local Lidl on your way in.

Staying at Villa Niccoli was a great way to break up a challenging stage of the via francigena. The villa is easily accessible from the track. The hosts were very hospitable providing food and drink in the very well equipped kitchen. The location was lovely with beautiful views. We enjoyed a very peaceful stay.

Very nice place in a great location! As we were hiking and there are no stores nearby, the owner gave us some sauce and pasta which we could cook in the kitchen. That was great as it saved us from caring extra during the day. The room was really nicely decorated, and there is a beautiful terrace, too.

This is a beautiful property that's very convenient for walkers on the Via Francigena. Very luxurious kitchen and bathroom. I appreciated all the nice details. And the daughter was very friendly. Great value!

My biggest complaint was that I had to carry all my food that I would cook for dinner during the day. (I put some wine in an empty water bottle.) This isn't ideal for pilgrims. I wish that the owners would make it possible to buy some groceries after arrival.

Beautiful facility. Just one hundred meters off the Via Francigena. Sabrina is a wonderful host. There are no restaurants within walking distance but Sabrina offers drinks and pasta to cook in her beautiful kitchen.

An amazingly generous host, a beautiful house in the most gorgeous place, and everything from the breakfast to the decor to the shampoo and soaps was of the very highest quality.

At the top of a steep hill (hard when you have been walking all day carrying all your things). No instructions for equipment such as dishwasher, sink drain.

Lovely place on Via Frangengina, very organized reception when you arrive, kitchen have all utilities you require, drinks and eat also complementary, quite location on farm.
