The property is very nice, and we were lucky to get room number 106 (If I remember well) which is not the main building but in smaller one, and we felt like we had our private garden. It was beautiful, with a small patio and sitting area. The pool area is well-kept. Lots of greenery around the place, since the property is secluded in a more wooded area. Very convenient morning delivery of breakfast (you order an evening before). The ladies that are running the place are super nice!

I would say the weakest part of the accommodation/room we had was the bathroom. There is no proper bathtub or shower but the plastic thing that you need to unfold and make a square shower area, it is pretty strange and unexpected in a bad way. It did not feel nice and convenient to handle it, no place to put soap/towel. Sleeping rooms are upstarts, so if you have a smaller child (like we) you need to be careful when they go down since they are a bit slippery. The last part of the road to the property is a dirt road, so need to be careful.

Lovely old style farmhouses in a lovely secluded part of Tuscany. The pool was great and very clean and the breakfast ordering was a fab touch! Had a great couple of nights stay but didn’t spend too much time here as attended to help set up a wedding nearby.

The beds were not comfortable the main bed made a lot of noise and the sofa bed was old and hard. The self catering equipment was a bit lacking but enough to get by.

The accommodation is in a nice location, high up in the hills. The landscape is very beautiful. The most impressivel Tuscan cities and locations can be easily reached by driving along beautiful roads. Nice and clean, well-equipped apartment Extremely good value for money accommodation. I strongly recommend it to everyone who doesn't want to hang out on a laptop or smart device all day, but wants to enjoy the exceptional beauty and atmosphere of Tuscany.

You have to drive a few hundred meters on a dusty road. The wifi in our apartment was very weak, it could only be used on the terrace.

Very nice property and well taken care of. Apartment was big and clean. Nice and quiet place for a vacation in the village. Pool is also great and clean. We had a nice time here.

The scenery surrounding the villa. The apartment is really cosy and homey. Kitchen utensils and cookware were available for cooking.

It would be great to have some tea/coffee/sugar and hairdryer in the apartment.

Nice rustic .. Tuscan style houses .. we have almost everything to function which is great .. location . no wifi at rooms is a great thing .

maybe the grocery option .. I would recommend not to goto monitone coop as the prices were 30-40% higher than the one in empoli

the swimming pool was a delight. The apartment was well equipped and fairly large. The personal was very accommodating and welcoming.

The road to the location is indeed somewhat rough.
