The most amazing staff and host! From the moment I booked my Accomodation, communication from the host, Alessandro was excellent. I made a mistake with my booking and there was no trouble in fixing it. Upon my very late arrival I was greeted by the lovely Biagio who helped me park my car, collect my luggage and show me to my room. Alessandro was so helpful and such a great host who also organised dinner reservations at a local restaurant within minutes of my arrival. The next day I was greeted by the lovely Antonella who helped with any questions I had. I ended up staying 2 nights as it was a great location, the staff were so friendly and there was secure parking. I have not come across such wonderful, welcoming and hospitable hosts in my many travels. Nothing was a problem and they were all so happy and eager to help with anything I needed or requested. Thank you all so much for such a wonderful experience and stay!

The room was spacious. A fridge in an adjoining room where the bathroom was was very useful.As we were flying out the following day we got a take away pizza for dinner and sat outside where there are tables and chairs to eat it. The receptionist was very helpful. Our trip to the airport i our hire car the following day was quite easy even though it was during the morning rush hour.

Hotel is situated in an area of Catania which looks rather run down but I think a lot of Catania is like that but that is not a reflection on the hotel.

The place is fantastic, a true Sicilian-type residence, with a large yard, with two entrances (the backyard one has a small parking place, and the guest was nice to let us park there). The rooms are huge (at least ours was), and comfy, clean and nice. I did appreciate the double doors functioning as curtains, in case you want to sleep after sunrise (Sicily's Sun was strong even in December). As for Sicily, this is a "wonderful place, lost somehow in 80s" (thanks Alessandro for the comprehensive depiction).

Really nothing to mention here.

The courtyard was where my group gathered and chatted every night. With the extremely friendly staff, we felt like home. It wasn't a hotel to provide luxurious services, but a cosy house which showcases Sicilian hospitality.

Room utilities could have been better. A bottle of water or kettle in each room would have offered more comfort to the guests.

A beautiful peaceful residence immaculate in presentation. A bit far from the centre of town and limited dining options nearby, but the room made up for that.

That they accept my late booking and waited late for us to arrive and the rooms were very clean. And I left a charger and they contacted me about it

Very beautiful room and building. The AC was great during the heat wave. The staff was very accomodating. Nice bathroom and secure parking.

The location could be better but we were able to walk to our destinations so it was satisfactory.

Lovely hosts and the place had such a nice charm. Shame we only stayed one night, we really enjoyed it. The inside garden and sitting area is particularly lovely

Very spacious apartment, close to the centre of Catania. Good parking space which was essential for us.

The place was great,parking and balcony.

That hot water that don't work when 2 or more need to have shower.
