Absolutely everything. This was one of if not THE most amazing hotels I've ever stayed in. The team offered such a personal and unique experience. They are all so passionate about their jobs and all so friendly and welcoming. I visited for my 30th birthday trip with my sister and our partners. We enjoyed the hotel and Cefalù for 5 nights and loved every moment. The hotel is brand new and it is beautifully designed with amazing attention to detail. We stayed in the King Rooms with Spa Bath - absolutely beautiful. What a luxurious experience. The food and drinks were incredible, served by very talented chefs and bartenders. Breakfast was delicious and fresh every morning. The restaurant offers the best food you will find in Cefalù. They change their menu very frequently so you can try lots of different delicious food. The cocktails were made perfectly and offered a huge menu to choose from. Or they will even create you your own based on your favourite flavours! You MUST stay here if you get the chance! You will not regret it 😍

Make this an adults only resort and it’s a 5 star. We stayed here for 1 week and only two days we had the pleasure of experiencing this resorts tranquil beauty and calmness. Extremely relaxing 48 hours in the middle of our holiday. As for the rest, the intimate pool was scattered with screaming children, it was far from relaxing. The only pool on site will turn into a kids pool and there is no escape but to leave the resort. By looking at the photos you wouldn’t have thought a family would book this resort especially as a few of the comments state it isn’t suitable for families as the rooms are very small. What looks like an unused tennis court at the top of the hotel would be perfect for a children’s swimming pool, making the main pool adults only or vice versa. Or install more child friendly activities. Another grassed area at the other end of the resort could be changed to hard standing with a few sun beds that could act as an adults only area for a bit of peace. I say this as a father to be. At one point 5 couples sat relaxing at the side of the pool while a family ran riot, when they left for the day it was such a relief the atmosphere around the pool was incredibly calm and peaceful. Furthermore when the hotel seems fully booked there is nowhere near enough sun beds around the pool. It’s chaos … Having spoke to the staff while checking out of the resort they apologised and said we were very unlucky as not many young families stay at the resort, we had to deal with 3 young families, extremely unlucky! Haha With this being said if I was to review this resort as an adults only hotel it was impeccable (personally speaking). We hired a car for the week and a short 10minute drive you’re in Cefalù, the most beautiful town with amazing restaurants and scenery. 1 hour away from Palermo(I don’t recommend). We highly recommend a 30 minute drive to a vineyard (Relais Abbazia Santa Anastasia Resort & Winery) for fine dining.

The place itself is new, modern and clean. Each apartment has the terrace where you can spend your time even when it’s raining. The swimming pool area is very relaxing as well as the whole property, with many tropical plants and the birds singing all the time ♥️ The cuisine in the restaurant and drinks at the bar are just amazing and not over-priced. But what’s the best about this resort is very friendly and welcoming staff, always happy to help and make your stay better.

There were some faults in the room but it just happens. It would be nice if the swimming pool was heated so it’s possible to use it during cold days.

It was small and friendly, boutique style, but felt like guests had plenty of privacy too. The staff were all absolutely wonderful.

Paying for fresh pool towels, I think when you’re spending this much on a hotel they should be included. Also, we had no hot water for 3 days. The bathroom was a little run down, with water squirting out the shower pipe at all angles which meant our bathroom flooded each time we showered. This however was not significant enough to detract from how wonderful the hotel is.

The pool is amazing and great place to spend time in the day / cool off from the heat. The communal spaces are very tastefully done. It’s a 20 mins drive into town but they offer a shuttle bus that helps to reduce the costs of taxis. The restaurant in the hotel is also very nice for a special treat or occasion. We went into cefalu for dinner most evenings but had one meal at the hotel which is very nice. Cefalu is a very beautiful town and the hotel is in a good location to explore. Pool bar was great and offers loads of good drinks. Breakfast was good considering it was included, nice variations and lots of healthy options. The lovely staff are what make this place so great, they’re so helpful and professional.

The pool food was also good but quite limited. It’s right next to a railway line and cement works. The treadmill in the gym didn’t work properly. The shuttle was great but would be helpful if it ran later as the last one is at 7:00pm

Most of the staff were lovely on the whole, but we did feel that we were bothering them every time we asked for help or a question...Sometimes they weren't the friendliest. We also felt they could have been a bit more forthcoming with general information? Wifi, closest beach & restaurant within walking distance etc. We had to find out a lot of things for ourselves. Would have also been useful to know that it's extremely difficult to get a taxi back from Cefalu & you should always pre book! The shuttle into town was a great touch, but there isn't a taxi rank and getting back is hard. One night we were forced to walk 45mins along the highway, which was quite dangerous & unpleasant!

Everything was wonderful .. from the moment we arrived at the resort to when we left, all the staff were very attentive, friendly and professional.. always there if you needed anything .. everything was immaculate, luxurious feeling rooms bathrooms, very tastefully decorated, the breakfast was amazing everything was fresh and a choice of eggs, and a big selection of Italian meats, cheese and pastries.. waiter served tea and coffee at the table a choice of eating indoors or outdoors.. the grounds were pretty and immaculate, during happy hour they offered free selections of home baked canapés .. the barman was so lovely and made my cocktails exactly how I like them.. we had dinner in the restaurant one evening and it was delicious, both salvo and Alexandro were on hand for everything.. honestly everyone couldn’t do enough for you… I loved the neutral, muted Tones of the place and all set in a lush tropical setting, my photos were as awesome as the place, the closest small town was Cefalu, it was easy to get to, it’s probably the prettiest town by the sea in the whole of Sicily.. we would definitely return

We had a wonderful stay! The grounds, swimming pool and rooms were beautifully maintained and decorated. The staff were amazing and attentive to our needs, they also gave some great recommendations for activities nearby. Special mention for the amazing cocktails at the pool bar! Parking available on site, great location 5-10 minute drive to Cefalu center. If I’m find myself back in the area I’ll be sure to come back!

Thanks all, you have made our stay great! - luxurious look and feel for a decent price, certainly not cheap, but definitely not the most expensive out there - nice room with a good bathroom and airco - nice swimming pool with very chill sun beds - nice pool bar and good cocktails - good food during the day and in the restaurant - being able to order everything on your room number

It would be nice if the delicious pasta would be available throughout a larger part of the day!
