🌟 A Hidden Gem Above Cefalù – Absolutely Wonderful! 🌟 We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay at the Skyview Cefalù Hotel! The hotel is run by a warm and welcoming family – daughter Tatjana, supported by her lovely mother and father, makes sure you feel right at home from the very first moment. The rooms are beautifully decorated in a charming Mediterranean style, with lots of love and attention to detail. One of the absolute highlights is the breathtaking view over Cefalù – whether at sunrise or sunset, it’s simply unforgettable. The breakfast is lovingly prepared each morning – fresh, varied, and filled with delicious homemade touches that make for the perfect start to the day. This is a true hidden gem for anyone who values authenticity, hospitality, and style. We can’t wait to come back!

This accommodation blew my mind, literally! More than perfect for our 2 nights there, I would have extended our holiday thanks to this gem located on top of the hills in Cefalù, astonishing views 😍 The hosts were great, very friendly, communicative, responsive, generous with the delicious breakfast served right outside by the swimming pool- the best combo there is! Good ahead and book it for your upcoming Sicily getaway before it gets sold out, you won't regret it for sure. Thanks Tatiana for such a welcoming attitude, your family's place exceeded my expectations by far🩵

I loved everything about the property. Best view to the Beautiful Cefalu and its mountain/rock. Breakfast tasty (was happy also to get fruits), coffee very nice, breakfast by the pool with a view to Cefalu, so relaxing. First night I spent at the terrace just enjoying the sunset, was possible to order pizza delivery. The other night I went to Cefalu old town and must say I was happy to come back to the peaceful SKY🙂 the owners super nice and helpful. Would come back again! Highly recommend. I assume it will one of the best experiences out of 12 days tour.

Everything amazing

Nice and clean rooms, great breakfast (not included but absolutely worth it), very good WiFi, place to park the car, very cosy pool area, friendly hosts… Basically everything that you are looking for was great. The ride to the property might be a bit challenging for inexperienced drivers but you can do it. Just don’t rent a huge car (which applies to all of Sicily anyway). However. It all doesn’t really matter. The view from this place is one of the most beautiful that we’ve ever witnessed in any of the hotels we’ve been to anywhere. Jaw dropping. Apart from sleeping, I spent every single minute outside on the terrace and couldn’t believe it. I woke up at 7 just to see it again. I took hundreds of pictures :). I have friends at home asking me to give them the address and contact details because they saw my instagram posts :). You will not regret booking this place, I promise. Oh, and Cefalù was wonderful too :) PS: the sunset… 🥹

The view really is unbeatable. The staff all very helpful and communicative. The pool area (though too cold to swim) was lovely.

Noisy neighbours audible late at night, so walls presumably a bit thin, noisy shared corridors and thin doors. No handle on exterior of patio door (would be good to be able to access room from terrace as well as back corridor, though not the end of the world). Just one lamp in bedroom. No breakfast offering - that we knew when we booked, but only some rooms appear to have access to a communal full kitchen.

Skyview is run by a beautiful couple, Tatjana and her husband Vincenzo and her dad. It is family owned and they make you feel just like family. We were a family of 12, which included My son, who has a tree nut allergy and has severe autism. They went above and beyond to help him and me feel comfortable and accommodate us in any way possible. My son has a limited menu and Tatjana went out to buy him pancakes for breakfast, which is his favorite. I also came down with a cold and Tatjana's father brought my husband to the pharmacy to get me cold medications. I celebrated my birthday at the hotel and Tatjana ordered me a birthday cake. They call you by your first names and make you feel just like you are part of their own family. Nothing is off limits to help your stay be perfect. The breakfast is delicious, the pool side is amazing and the views of Cefalu from the top of the mountain is breathtaking. I would highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely return.

Everything was amazing.

The view from hotel & pool is amazing during the day and night time. Book one of the rooms with sea view. I didn't & my room was fantastic but I wish I would have gotten one with a view. Next time, I will be back for sure It is a family run business and it shows. They are amazing people and made my trip to Cefalu a memorable trip Best place to stay especially if you're traveling alone .They make you feel at home

Not one thing

Everyone was exceptional helpful, attentive and friendly and made our stay the highlight of our trip. The grounds are well maintained and designed with great attention to detail. The breakfast with a view of Cefalù is wonderful and delicious. You don't want to leave the resort, it's so beautiful and you feel so comfortable there. We really enjoyed our stay and could really switch off and unwind. We will definitely visit again!

A car is definitely an advantage, even if the drive up can be adventurous and sometimes nerve-wracking. But it is absolutely doable and well worth it. There is a great taxi service that takes you up and down.

The location was fantastic and breakfast and pool area are excellent. The view is superb and the hosts Tatiana and her husband and Father were so friendly and helpful. The most improessive thing was the view which is simply stunning. Overall we have a fantastic few day at this location and woud definatly come back.

Not much. Its a difficult drive to get to it but the view makes it woryth the effort. Overall they were really helpful and rooms were cleaned daily etc.

The location of Skyview is exceptional, with astounding views on Cefalu and the bay. From what I read in other comments, some guests thought the steep drive up to the property was tough. My take is that it's really not a problem at all : the road is wide enough for cars to pass each other, and there are mirrors on every sharp bend. But hey, I'm not American ! :) Staff was extremely accommodating and quick to respond. The terraces and pool area are superb.

The only downsides we found were that breakfast wasn't included (but Skyview is more like holiday apartments / rooms than a hotel or pension - and breakfast options are available). Also, the overal setup at Skyview is a little impersonal: we felt the effort put into branding took away from the warmth and otherwise amazing vibe you get from such beautiful surroundings. But that's really a question of personal taste.
