The breakfast was the typical Italian breakfast. We liked the location of this B&B as it was a walking distance to the center of Frascati and it was gated in a quiet neighborhood.

Nice B&B in a great location. Room was clean and equipped with everything that you would need. Comfortable bed. Restaurant & food provision close by.

Noisy plumbing from an adjacent room. Possibly a room specific issue difficult to remedy I would imagine. Thankfully not noticed during the night.

Nice location. Quiet, but not far from the town and the station. Territory is isolated from the main street, so there is no noise from cars. You can have pleasant evening in the garden.

It is a very safe place to stay with parking and a short walk to Frascati town centre. Well placed for getting to Ciampino airport

We had an early start so had to help ourselves to breakfast.

the room was smelling a bit when arrived, maybe cause it was closed for too long, but once we opened the window it was good. checkout and breakfast a bit too early within 9:30 breakfast and 10 am checkout we have been told. but other guest took it easier then us and it didn’t seemed a problem

Nicely located in a closed neighborhood, green and quiet, a little outside old town. The owners were always contactable and very flexible. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Breakfast comes with a lot of plastic waste.

Clean, easily accessible, quiet, and pretty well located, just 12 minutes on foot from the town centre.
