The place is in a great location. It's close to the station, but you don't hear any noise. Coffee is spectacular, as are the homemade cakes at breakfast. I was also able to eat two signature dishes one evening, and they were very good. The room was as I expected it.

There were a couple of fittings in the room that were less than perfect, one was the handle of the shower, and the other was the mini-bar, which leaked water one night. But these are minor issues that could be fixed after an inspection.

Cacciani Hotel in Frascati boasts an excellent location and impeccable cleanliness. Guests can enjoy easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shops, all within walking distance. The hotel's high standards of cleanliness ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay, making it an ideal choice for visitors to Frascati. The sweets on breakfast were delicious.

However, there were some drawbacks. The staff couldn't speak English, making communication difficult. The breakfast offered only eggs and sausage, with no cheese available. When we arrived around 4 AM, the staff did not allow us to enter the hotel, nor could we sit at the restaurant. Additionally, the reception is not open 24 hours, which caused inconvenience for late arrivals. Fortunately, there was a nearby restaurant, Fondi, where we could sit from 5:30 AM until we could enter the hotel. And we enjoyed the delicious breakfast - tea, coffee, and croissants at Fondi restaurant while waiting.

Convenient location next to the main Piazza and train station, rooms with balconies have great views. Nice breakfast. I’ve stayed here twice visiting ESA and would stay again

Check in hours are restrictive, if you arrive after 10pm there is no one at reception which isn’t ideal for solo female travellers. Iron and kettle are not standard in the room

We loved the size of the room and the outside terrace. The location was excellent and perfect for a visit to the centre of Frascati. The train station is very close (but you have a climb a lot of steps between the station and the hotel!). The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome.

The wifi in the hotel didn't reach our room (43) but apart from that the hotel was perfect for our needs.

The hotel is located right in the heart of Frascati within easy reach of the station. The views from the rooms at the back of the hotel are superb. Breakfast is adequate - yoghurt, cereals, pastries, cake and excellent coffee. Very good value overall.

The hotel is family owned and you can feel this. Rosi took very good care about us, when we needed to arrange a taxi or had other questions. The breakfast area and food is nice. They have also a restaurant with an amazing terrace. And, if you are lucky enough to get a room with a terrace you will enjoy a great view to Rome.

Very nice staff, Location is perfect and Breakfast was very good. Nice bathroom, shower had great water pressure We would stay again there :)

It’s a bit noisy outside and room to room noise insulation could be better

The staff was very kind. The beds very large and very comfortable, with a great view over Rome. The showers were also very clean and with good water pressure. Free breakfast was included.

Not much to add, only that the refrigerator in the room was very loud, so I had to unplug it for the duration of the night.

Very clean hotel, close to Frascati centre. Nice big rooms, well maintained. Extremely friendly staff. And a fabulous breakfast.

The bed was a tad too soft for me.

This is a jewel of a Hotel in Frascati!! Dinner at the Hotel was AMAZING. All the staff were so kind and accommodating . Highly recommend staying at Cacciani when in Frascati!!!
