As I travel to Italy every year to visit family I have stayed at many hotels. When in Rome I always stay up in The Castelli area which is up in the mountains looking down on Rome. Travel back and forth on train for 2euros takes about 30 minutes but well worth getting out of the city after busy day of sightseeing. This place is in Frascati where the famous white wine comes from. B&B Al Borgo is in the center of town about 400 meters from train station. Beautiful place, great restaurants and spectacular views. The hotel has been re-modeled and has just 3 rooms, more like suites. Bruna the host is fantastic. Came down by foot to meet me at the train station. This was her grandmothers home at one time and dates back probably over one hundred years. But once inside you would think you were at the Hilton. Incredibly priced and impeccably clean. As my daughter starts school in Milano in the fall we will be back and I will definitely be staying here again. John Podesta

My parents, sisters and daughter all loved staying here. Bruna our host was the best host we had during our various stays throughout this trip to Rome, Napoli and the Almafi coast! She was extremely accommodating when we arrived. Frascati people are simply lovely, and they have a totally different way of life and attitude to the other people in the other places we stayed in throughout our trip to Italy. The Accomodation was so clean, the mattresses were super comfy…we were spoilt! And the three rooms we rented for two nights before we stayed in Rome were located in an extremely good area - apparently one of the oldest streets in Frascati! Thanks Bruna 🙏

Great location and very helpful host. Very clean with good coffee and tea making facilities. Bathroom toiletries were very comprehensive. The room was large. We really enjoyed the breakfast voucher for coffee and croissant at the nearby cafe.

Soundproofing wasn’t great although all the guests were very respectful. The bed linen was very good but, for us, the bed springs would be a little uncomfortable for a longer stay.

Beautiful apartments. The hostess is very friendly. The room is incredibly clean and cozy. The lady has thought of absolutely everything: there are plenty of clean towels, a hairdryer, and a bidet. Water, tea, and coffee are in the hall, and breakfast is included at a nearby café, which perfectly completes the wonderful stay. The location is very convenient for those who want to enjoy Italy and visit the main attractions of Rome. As a recommendation, visit Rome in the morning and return to Frascati in the evening to avoid transportation issues. The town has beautiful views and delicious cuisine. The location was ecellent, in the heart of the city , a few steps away from the market place. The room was very clean and spacious providing an own very good equipped spacy bathroom. All windows could be opened. The room was very quiet. Mineral water, tea and coffee was available all day and night for free. The room was equipped with a refrigerator, TV and aircondition.

The breakfast was typical Italian, a croissant and a coffee/cappucino (very good) and served around the corner in a bistro. , but this does not detract from my rating as the price perormance ratio was excellent.

It is in the middle of the city so everything is close by. The host is very friendly and helpful. We had everything we needed for a short and sweet stay.

I prefer harder beds and this one was soft, but that is just personal preference. Also there is possibility of some noise because there are other apartments close by, but luckily we had good neighbors.

Bruna, the host, was amazing! She was very quick with replying and was really helpful as well. She was happy to help me book a taxi when I needed to go to a wedding. The room looked nice and clean and the bed was really comfortable. The location of the B&B was great as well, right in the center of the village.

I have nothing negative to mention about this B&B!

A very nice place near to the city center, restaurants, gelaterias etc. I appreciated the host for waiting for me to check in later in the evening, she was really kind and answered to my messages quickly. I liked a lot, that the room had a small fridge. Breakfast in the cafe around the corner was also a nice way to get a glimpse of the everyday life of the lovely town of Frascati.

Everything was perfect!

-Comfortable to reach from train station -Great facilities (nice bed, pillows, free coffee and water etc) -Value for money -Nice breakfast included at local bar (coffee + croissant)

-our room had no view (the other two did) -shower took a bit to get warm -no curtains, light came in early

This B&B is a little sanctuary away from the chaos of Rome . Absolutely loved coming back to Frascati after a day in Rome .The host and property was wonderful .If we ever come back it would be here .Thankyou
