The room we stayed in was very cozy and there was ample natural light which gave it a nice touch. The AC was clearly very new and efficient. The terrace is fantastic with a lovely view. Room was cleaned daily and kept very tidy so a huge thumbs up to the cleaning staff also :)

Room was quite cramped and small. Bathroom is also technically not a separate room but rather an extension to the room with a sliding door. Bed was also could have been wider. Fridge is located in the communal kitchen and not in the room itself.

Very nice place. Super clean. Very nice early and unexpected welcome following change of flight. Comfortable good size room. Small but modern bathroom with everything you need. Good bedding. Didn't put on airco but it is there. . Gorgeous terrace and views. Very friendly and helpful welcome from Maddalena.

70 steps to arrive there. No big deal when I have only myself to carry but it was a bit sportive with the suitcase. Take your time. It worth it! Breakfast at the next door café was a bit simple but cheap to complement.

The breakfast was excellent even though it was not on the premises. We were given vouchers to have breakfast in a stylish bar very close to the accommodation which had outdoor seating overlooking the main square of Frascati. The accommodation had coffee making facilities (coffee capsules, tea & sugar were supplied by the host) outside the room together with the use of a refrigerator. The host offered us a bottle of Frascati wine, a platter of salamis and cheeses together bread and foccaccia at a cost to enjoy on the terrace. I think its a brilliant idea!

Service and room were very good. Clean, tidy and comfortable. Host was very friendly and helpful. Terrace on roof was great with views to Rome.

If you are over 6 foot tall there is a section of the ceiling near the top landing lower than other sections where you will bang your head if not careful. I have the lumps!! A warning sign would be helpful.

Very clean and cozy place. We loved our stay. Staff is very welcoming. We were very happy to get a parking recommendation, it’s really hard to find a free parking space in the area. Room we stayed in has a small bathroom area, yet it was more than enough for us. I can recommend this place.

The room was lovely and comfortable. It was very spacious and had a homely feeling. The shower was good and the bed was comfy. It was very clean and a perfect distance from the train station where it was easy to get into Rome. It was lovely getting to see Frascati.

The breakfast was limited - not an issue for us.

This was a lovely place to stay for my three-day trip to Frascati! It was in a very central location; I was able to walk easily to everything including restaurants and the train station, which was only 5 minutes away. The terrace was very nice, and I spent a few hours up there reading during sunset. The host was a pleasure to chat with, and extremely helpful as well :) I highly, highly recommend staying here!

Amazing accommodation 💟 love the place, equipment, staff, view, kitchen.. I wish we could stay longer! We had a great slept over. The breakfast was very tasty too, great coffee, spremuta e croissant do crema.

Lot of stairs but we knew about it and we were asked before if it's ok for us and our children!!! 💟💟💟 and it definitely was worth it!!

Location is great, room is not big but a very comfortable bed and a good shower

Please note that this is really central and there can be some city noise - do take that into account if this is something you mind
