My family really enjoyed this place. The location was central to everything, so we were able to walk everywhere, even to the train station and villas. Being in the Old Town was really fun and charming. Our unit was super clean. The breakfast was traditional Italian style with a wonderful coffee/hot chocolate machine. Our host was helpful, flexible and fixed things quickly when we needed help. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to return one day ourselves!

I would have liked more protein for breakfast like boiled eggs, sliced meat or something. I realize that's probably not very Italian, but it was sugary and high carbohydrate for what I am used to. There was cheese and yogurt, but otherwise it was pretty much bread and cakes.

Everything was great and we truly enjoyed out stay. Choose the property because of the location - both 100 meters from the parking spot and 5 min walking distance to Villa D'Este, main reason of travel to Tivoli. Vibrant center with nightlige is around the corner. Paolo is very welcoming host. Home made dinner was classic Italian as well as the view from the terrace. Super comfy beds.

Very helpful (great English speaker) Paolo, host at an excellent comfortable hotel located in the centre of town, surprisingly very quiet and peaceful unlike the hustle and bustle and expense of Rome. Only a 5 min walk to main attractions Villa D'Este. 2 min walk to local bus stop for Villa Adrianna at 3 euro return. Reasonable prices good quality and choice (we found a 1.50 euro for cappucino, 3 euro small pizza) at cafes and restaurants.

This B&B is in a great location; about 15 mins walk from the railway station and handy for reaching the main sightseeing destinations in and around Tivoli. We booked a Deluxe Suite which was spacious and excellent value. A simple, Italian style breakfast is also provided. The host Paolo was friendly and helpful and wonderfully accommodating with a couple of additional requests. Do note that all of the rooms in this location are up at least a couple of flights of stairs in a characterful building within the cobbled, pedestrian sector of the old town. We would definitely stay again if in the area!

The room was great and quite spacious, with a big kitchenette as well. The bed was amazing. The area is also great, right in the heart of Tivoli. You can get out, walk and enjoy. There are plenty of bars around to get an awesome, Italian espresso and breakfast/lunch/dinner.

The breakfast was not good. The coffee was "vending machine" coffee, not fresh, and just a few packaged pastries were available to eat, all sugary. Not a deal breaker, since everything else was great. Just don't expect a good breakfast.

The room was very large and comfortable. Central location in the historic part of Tivoli, close to Villa D'Este and Villa Gregoriana, strategically located to visit the city. Close to many dining locations, but very quiet in a small side street. Also conveniently close to the public parking of Piazza Massimo. The host was very helpful to make our accommodation comfortable.

Paulo and his wife went out of their way to help us. Paulo personally met us at the square upon arrival. My wife had recent foot surgery and walking was difficult. They helped us with our luggage. Upon departure, Paulo's wife even carried luggage across the bridge to meet our driver and did not want us to tip her. They could not have been more pleasant and accommodating. Makes us want to return sooner rather than later.

Central but quiet location. Our room was spacious with large, comfortable beds. The owner went out of his way to provide a hearty breakfast for my glucose- and lactose-intolerant (and vegetarian) travelling companion

I had a great stay here and am so glad I decided to spend a night in Tivoli rather than just visiting on a day trip from Rome. The owner was friendly and communicative, the room was well equipped (including a kettle!) and the breakfast was perfect.

It was all good.

The folks here are extremely welcoming and friendly. The place was clean, and the place was cozy. The breakfast covered by the accommodation fee was delicious and had plenty of options in a beautiful rooftop balcony.
