The staff were kind especially Luanna, she did a great job of taking care of us and making sure our children had something they liked to eat.

Room 410 May have a mold problem. The bathroom had a mildew damp odor. Those of us who stayed in that room had a lot of congestion and a bit of a headache. They may want to look in to it.

The hotel is located 1 min from Termini, yet it is quiet. Very good price for the nice service and clean rooms. Nothing fancy, but for basic needs - to drop into bed after a long day - it offers a perfect possibility to recharge. It is in walking distance from many sights, and by taxi you can get to tens of destinations under 10-12 EUR. The staff speak good English and, as Italian people in general, are very nice and helpful.

I found the room a bit cold, the air conditioning was switched off, so I needed some extra blankets for the nights. It is up to personal tastes and needs though.

Dear admin, I was enjoying to stay in Miraj hotel, where I feel comfortability and relaxing atmosphere. I would like to notice warm welcoming and greeting guest relation agent who is always ready to assist guests. Definitely I will come back there.

Nice spot, close to restaurants and metro. Clean room and even breakfast included. Friendly staff who were helpful.

I prefer a room in the main hotel but this was close enough.

Loved and hated the location. We couldn’t have gotten any closer to the train station, which was perfect for our needs, but the room was quiet despite all of the noisy people outside. the shower was great, hot and high water pressure
