To start , Antonella was wonderful. She picked us up at the train station for a small fee, which was greatly appreciated because we had no car. She had wonderful suggestions for dinner and places to see. A short bike ride to the Castillo di Maccarese, where a nice view and a few restaurants were located. The room water was shower water was hot. Breakfast was offered each morning and times could be adjusted accordingly. Location is not far from city center/beach…bikes were provided. If other guests had bikes, rentals are available near beach at Moto Ciclo Meccanica🙏🌹🚲

Mrs.Antonella is very hospital person. She helped us with airport transportation. Even if you strongly want to use public transport or taxi to/from airport, I advice to ask her for help or information, as transport and taxi hier is local and not the same as for the Rome. It was easy to reach beaches by foot or by bycicles, that host provide you with for free.

I think that breakfasts in Italy can be with local italian products, like fresh bread, olive oil, cheese, as it is delicious and unique, but not the standard european breakfast as we have everywhere. But it doesn't change my high rate evaluation of Mrs.Antonella hospitality.

Antonella our host was spectacular. She reached out and offered to pick us up at the train station in pouring rain. She also recommended a faster, cheapter route with the train than we were going to take. She saved us time and money! She is so wonderful and friendly. We really feel blessed to have met her and stay at her B&B. Everything was very clean and our room was homey. Our room had access to conveniences such as a refrig, sink, coffee, toaster, etc. Though we only stayed one night, I would definitely recommend this B&B. Thank you Antonella!

Nothing, everything was perfect!

Having traveled the world I would say the host and the location are fantastic. The ride on a bike to the local store is easy for most people. Tiger - down the road is something most people could walk. Or ride one of the bikes to - what I would say is that the location and people are great for the price. The one thing I would make sure people know is that there is an airport close and this location has airplanes that fly over. Otherwise the home made breakfast treat was great but if you like protein for breakfast buy it at the store down the road. Great time -

I wish I had known about the flights - it seemed none of the reviews had said that. Some people are OK with noise when they sleep. I had to add ear plugs and good Italian wine for a nice nights sleep.

The host was exceptional. Excellent service from the moment that we arrived at the train station to the moment she dropped us off at the airport. Excellent conversation. Very clear and precise as to the check-in procedure. Excellent communication before check-in. Offered a lot of extras. There are some people that are naturally born to be excellent hosts and she is one of them.

I wish we could have stayed longer LOL

Very clean. Very quiet. Very welcoming. Very close to the airport. Excellent breakfast. No hassle getting to and from the B and B. Business is slow during the winter, so we were the only guests at the time. Takes time getting accustomed to the small areas. The entire space would fit inside my bathroom. If you are a big guy, forget about taking a shower. This wasn't a problem for us. If you are on a budget, this is the place.

A big person could not fit into the shower stalls. I found this a bigger problem in other Italian hotels

Antonella was a fantastic host, so generous with her time and so warm with her approach. She went out of her way to contact us ahead of time, as well as take us out to pick up some dinner when we were too tired to eat out! What a wonderful host and the accommodation was nice and comfortable as well. Thank you!

Antonella, our host, was wonderful – she gave us such a warm welcome and shared lots of great tips with us. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was a great place to stay.

Everything was great.

My brother and I liked the large, airy room and enjoyed having breakfast in an outside space. Our host was genial and very helpful. The area was very quiet. And there are good restaurants a short drive away. We wished a second night had been available but it is popular.
