The view is gorgeous, I like the pool at top floor and also the sauna, what impressed me the most is the breakfast, it add points a lot, and is the most hearty one I have had through my life!

The hotel staff are not very warm. They are polite but I can feel their indifference and unwelcome. We had dinner here for three days. When we finished and tried to pay the bill, we saw that they would chat with familiar guests, but didn't want to pay attention to me and my friends who raised our hands three times, with upcoming responses like " Sorry we are so busy"，the staff also turns to be impatient when me as a foreigner asking for a introduce of the seasoning on table.

2nd time staying at this property, everything is absolutely amazing. - breakfast for champions, I’ve never seen the kind of breakfast elsewhere - design is fascinating, the use of wood and craftsmanship! - rooftop was beautiful, hot tub and sauna with a view - staffs were the best, I injured my thigh on my last day, they went out and beyond providing me with meds. - restaurant gives the best pizza and ravioli!

Parking at times can be tough during busy hours, as it shares with other guests that visit the restaurant.

Wow, where to start! The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful with any request. The food was exceptional - the breakfast bar is absolutely insane and we ate at the restaurant almost every night! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the spa was such a nice space to relax and unwind every evening. We used the e-bikes and toured the whole valley which was so fun! I cannot rave enough about this hotel, highly recommend!

Honestly I don't have any negative feedback for this hotel. Maybe I would suggest the spa to be open earlier in the day (only open 4-8pm), but other than that, I wouldn't change a thing!

Spacious and clean apartment with stunning view, stellar breakfast and a wide array of amenities, served by a team of friendly and caring staff. 1. The apartment features an affluent space and is reasonably well-designed: - Shower and toilet in separate rooms - Loads of storage space - Balcony accessible through both living room and bedroom - Facilities clean and neat 2. Amenities are fabulous: - Has a c. 2m rooftop panoramic warm swimming pool with unbelievable view of the Dolomiti mountains - Sauna area features dry, wet, shower and relax room, open through 16:00-20:00, and is must-try - Offers tickets for public transport - Tells you what’s on around the town 3. Complimentary breakfast is fresh, healthy, and offers a wealth of options, and is, so far, the best in the Alps: - Signature egg dishes available - choose from omelettes/ scrambled/ fried, with sausages and avocado - Features a bewildering number (100+ I think?) varieties of cold cuts, fruits, patisseries, drinks and sweets - The hotel was kind enough to (spontaneously) reserve a window-side table with our family name tag on it 4. The view is, simply put, stunning. Not only can we view it at rooftop, but even on the balcony we can have almost as good a view. 5. Last but not least, the staff members are so welcoming and caring, willing to go the extra mile in helping out when we were encountering issues not related to our stay in the hotel. They deserve 12 out of 10.

Really trivial things: 1. Phone in the room didn’t quite work 2. Bit difficult to figure out which switch is for which light 3. Location is perfect within Val di Funes, it is just that Funes is a bit remotely located - it nothing wrong with the hotel

Lovely family run hotel,located in a beautiful Valley . Fantastic breakfast and delicious restaurant food. Overall very clean and well organised. Highly recommended .

Caffe machine in breakfast area would be nice,so you wouldn’t need to wait for the service or keep asking for refill.Also,water in jacuzzi in the spa area could be wormer.Unfortunately we didn’t use because it was too cold for us.

there is a spa which gets closed early (20:00) and it was not mentioned in the site. so we didnt have change to use it. it did not harm our enjoyment from the location. anyway, i recommend mentioning opening times in the website

The property was in a great location, the staff were very professional and the cleanliness was excellent. They catered to my gluten free diet, and went above and beyond to ensure I always had many options to choose from. The spa facilities were incredible and amazing to have access to after a long day.

The hotel and a whole experience of staying there was exceptional - couldn't recommend it more! Staff is very welcoming, helpful, friendly. Room extremely spacious and very clean, well equipped. They serve the best breakfast you can imagine so don't miss on that! Restaurant is amazing also. They provide very good e-bikes for each room and their spa is more than enough to unwind at the end of the day. Hope to come back again!

Nothing - it's perfect!

We had booked Viel Nois as a relaxation stay during our road trip and it exceeded our expectations. Between the well designed room, the friendly and attentive staff, the amazing breakfast and all the small details our stay was perfect. With access to the mountain view hotel Spa and free E-bikes to explore the area, even the price felt adequate.

Maybe the view in our room was not the best, since the village's main street was very dominant, but we had nothing really to complain about.
