We had a wonderful time at this hotel. It was an amazing experience. Lovely city, excellent location easy access to Genoa, Portofino, and Monaco. All you need you have there. Great pizza bar just around the corner, staff was always happy and helpful. Massive carpark breakfast bar was enough and coffee wąs excellent! Nothing to complain!

Water at the shower sometimes was hot/cold/hot but this was I think due to pick time of using shower - otherwise was ok.

Parking is very good and safe, also with places in the shadow. The breakfast is small, but with everything you need (pastries, fresh fruit, focaccia etc.). The latte macchiato made by a barista is exceptional. The room is absolutely huge and very high. As others comment, it's outdated, but the direct sea view and the perfect cleanliness make up for the small defects. I was impressed by the cleanliness and quality of the towels and bed sheets - they were made to perfection, and I am very picky about these in general! The history of the hotel gives a nice feeling.

There are for sure things that can be improved, but we were very happy with the overall stay.

The view from the room was incredible. We could open the large windows and shutters and have open air and views to the sea. It was breathtaking. The hotel and room are old and could use some updates but it was very comfortable!

Challenging to find the parking entrance and the keys are massive and heavy. The hotel could use some updates but the location and views were incredible!

The hotel has parking in the back which is really nice considering it is stressful to drive around and find parking in the city. Not so easy to access through a tight street but nice to have. We enjoyed complimentary breakfast. Great variety of food, fruits and pastries. Perfect to start the day. The room was very spacious, the water view was wonderful. A little noise from the street but not bothering at all. It is a little off the main attachions or the historic sites to visit and a car is needed but other than that very nice stay and would recommend.

Old hotel, but very clean, comfortable beds, you have everything you need. We booked a room with the garden view, but on the arrival we’ve got one with the amazing see view. Thanks for that ! Free parking. The beach just a few steps from the hotel. Good connection with the Genoa center. Very good breakfast ( just some vegetables would be nice too ).

Rooms: although on Booking rooms were supposed to have a view over the garden in reality they were facing sea front (see photo), beautiful panorama. Parking was easy in the hotel private parking area. Breakfast was nice with traditional Focaccia , croissants, brioches, cakes from bakery, good quality.

Location was was really good and the hotel was clean and our rooms were good.

We didn’t have good seating in our triple room and it’s a shame there’s no balcony either. Our third night of sleep was deeply disturbed by a family running forwards and backwards from 23 til 6h kids screaming so the isolation was thin. Also the double didn’t have good seating either?

Location, parking, view, staff , breakfast variety was good.

There are no kettle in the rooms and the hours of the breakfast were earlier than we wanted, there are no open places after 20:00 nearby. Windows and floor require innovation

Its a beautiful, old hotel with lots of charme. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We´ve never had such a good breakfast in an italian hotel. The selection was great. The room had airconditioning and was very spacious and quite modern.

We didnt find the parking facilities in the beginning. We had to drive through this crowded area for a while and ask the receptionist, where to park. The room was very nice, but the bed could have been a bit more comfortable. Unfortunately we had no room with a nice view on the sea.

great location, with lovely view and big large and airy room. Free parking on site . Fabulous breakfast on the terrace. - big choice and good quality Staff all very friendly. Older styling in hotel which we were very happy with

sadly air con didn’t really work so we needed to leave the window open which made it a nosy night.
