The hotel is good value for the money. We were travelling through Sardinia for 10 days and this hotel was our 5th accommodation. We'd planned to see as much as possible, also inland and mountains, so we don't have any issues staying here. If you have other preferences, look at the "minus" below. Breakfast was tasty and delicious despite the fact that it was lacking a bit. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The biggest disadvantage is the location though it could be personal, but the hotel is in the beautiful village in the middle of the mountains. I'd choose this staying for those who love hiking. However if you plan to stay only at the beaches, then book rather another hotel.

The staff were really helpful and suggested restaurants to try. The location of the hotel was very good and safe although you do need a car to get around. The parking space underneath the hotel was a plus.

The mattress was a too soft and the pillows thin but other than that everything was good.

The stay was very clean, and all members of the staff was super nice. The city is in the mountains, located close to Arbatax.

It was ok, nothing really amazing.

- bad mattress , double bed made with two mattresses. If you make love at night you may take the risk of falling down in the middle. - they play jazz music in the morning. Instead of peace and quite at 8 o clock they kick you out of the bed. - the garage where you park the car is plenty of garbage everywhere - The breakfast is not really good , discount supermarket standard. - There are no mosquito nets in the rooms , you have to leave the windows open to survive the heat and the mosquitos will party with your blood. - There is no freezer in the rooms, only a very small fridge.

The owner was very flexible when it came to our reservation. The room was spacy as well as the bathroom. Had a view, Lo Sfizio Ristorante Pizzeria (not recommended by the hotel but a short drive) mightve been the best one I've eaten in. Grocery stores within a short drive

The AC was broken (or rather was turned off for the night), we slept with windows open. Well, we tried sleeping. No one from staff was there. Very high and steap mountain side. Like very very high. (more like a consideration for future guests) You need a car to get everywhere, even if gps shows you you can walk to the shop - there's no way. It looks kind of abandoned, the garage zone is very messy.

No more staff to greet you at a 3 star hotel....everything was disgustingly dirty and the beds were hard as a rock. The fridge in the room unusuable and we had no warm water ever after they said it was fixed it wasn't. We also didn't get the room with the sea view as booked and they just said we had to dealwith it. The breakfast was even worse...no drinks and only 2 pieces of toast per person and that for a 3 star hotel? Very disappointed and would never book again.

Very small and simple room, not like on the pictures. Broken shower, we could not take a shower until late evening, then realized that we had not get any towels, told the reception guy, who did not believe us… finally we got 1 towel for two of us! Staff very rude. Dirty bathroom. In spite of all these complaints they were not willing to change our room, although they had one free, we checked it on the site. Worst accomodation we had in Sardinia
