Very friendly and polite staff, always ready to assist you and direct you. Hotel is modern and clean, the bed was very comfortable and perfect for a good night rest. Although it is located next to a street there was almost no traffic noise after 11PM. There is an excellent restaurant at the property. I booked the Half Board option, with dinners included in the room price, and I did not regret it at all. The food was excellent and the wine too. The hotel is a bit far away from the city center, approximately 20min walking from Porta Napoli. However, bus R9 stops in front of the hotel and runs from early morning till 8 or 9PM. The neighborhood was safe, I had no problems, even when coming back on foot from the city center after midnight.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The dinner was delicious with plenty of options to choose from, and the chef did an excellent job. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming, and Hakim in particular was exceptionally polite, professional, and always ready to help. Highly recommended!

The location was easy to find and park. The desk clerk was really helpful and provided good information to see the city. The room was clean, comfortable and everything worked. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and it was good.

The breakfast was ok-ish, it lacks options for people that don’t eat sweets and pastries. It had only boiled eggs, one type of cheese and one type of ham, and it was the same everyday.

People that are working in the hotel are great, very friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but clean and beds are comfortable.

Breakfast sholud have some more warm options and salads.

Conveniently located, for those with a car, on the outskirts of Lecce, ample free parking. Very comfortable, clean room, good breakfast and the restaurant is excellent value for good evening meals. The staff were all extremely friendly - Sri, one of the breakfast servers, was especially good. Popular with locals for a reason!

The property is approximately a mile and a half outside Lecce centre, fine if walking isn't a problem, but not ideal if not or for the elderly. Public transport doesn't seem to pass the hotel,(although it's on a main road into the centre), and taxis are hard to find. A small issue though, overall it was a great place to stay as a base to explore Lecce and the Puglia coast.

The receptionist was very friendly and offered us a larger room at no extra cost. He also provided us with bus tickets to visit the city center. The hotel has a great location, with the bus station right in front of the entrance! Keep the good work!

Breakfast and hospitality was really good. Room was clean, we had every thing we needed.

The bed was bad; more specifically, the mattress was literally just a crinkle and very uncomfortable.
