Location was great, easy walk to restaurants, bars, pier etc.. Waterfront, with beautiful views. Very clean. Early checkin. Balcony with chairs to sit in. Wonderful rooftop breakfast buffet included with magnificent views.

Our air conditioning was programmed very cold. We tried to reset it but every time we left the room and came back, it was freezing cold. Took us hours to warm up. 2nd problem was our phone rang every night at midnight a couple of times, a minute or 2 apart, and woke us up, with no one on the end of line. 3. No Kleenex/tissues provided in room. 4. No butter included in breakfast buffet- not a big deal.

Wonderful staff, particularly Franco and Teresa. Exceptional views from the restaurant area. Very convenient small rooftop pool. Close to restaurants, the port and a bus stop. Paid parking is also available nearby.

The rooms and corridors are in urgent need of renovation. Moisture was visible in the walls and the shower drain was missing its cover, which made it uncomfortable and slightly dangerous.

Excellent breakfast with plenty of delicious pastry products, salty options and it was served on the rooftop terrace with a wonderful view. The room was ok, it had a good fridge, the hotel is well-located, I strongly recommend it.

There are a few details which can be easily improved, but these do not impede to have a lovely stay at this hotel.

Incredible rooftop view. Super variety for breakfast. Location is at the main strip making it convenient to explore the Amalfi Coast by land or ferry. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Small pool but never too busy and very convenient. Staff was superb and very helpful, especially in breakfast bar and pool area.

No coffee provided in the room - that was a shocking surprise. The beds in the room are kind of camping bed frames, so every time you turn on bed it makes an annoyingly-ish creaking noise. No iron provided either. You can use their expensive ironing service, but they take no responsibility to any damage they may cause to your items (poor form). The hotel is a seafront property, so perhaps a tap at the entrance would help to keep ot tidy as many walk in with feet covered in sand after going to the beach.

Love the location, love roof top pool and access to beach. Ferragosta party was exceptional; Staff has imperoved each year. One of the best views on the Amalfi Coast

Love the location and value, breakfast is not good especially the coffee. The machine coffee is awful and myself and may clients need to go out for breakfast just to have a good cup of coffee. 99% of other hotels in Italy make fresh coffee for clients at breakfast The suites should accommate 3 people. There should be a bed instead of a sofa so families can enjoy bigger shower and bigger room 4th floor rooms in the middle have a lot of noise from roof terrace. Hoping for continued imporovments

Staff were friendly and the hotel location was good Room and bed was comfortable. Whilst the breakfast was not good, the dinner was very good.

The staff could be more helpful with supporting you getting to the hotel, they also should provide a travel update on the ferries each day as on quite a few days the ferries were cancelled and information online was limited. Another party we were travelling with booked the same room type as us which was different to our room and not very modern. It was different to what was advertised on booking.com Breakfast was below average, they need to cover the fruit as there were flies in the serving area. Shower often got blocked and flooded.

Suoerb location. It’s exactly as you see in the pics or even better. The staff are just so friendly and welcoming and the service impeccable. There’s no better place to stay on the Amalfi coast. Minutes away to restaurants and cafes and shops. It’s on the flat so easy to get anywhere even to the ferry to visit Capri, Positano etc on foot. Best thing is that it’s not crowded like the other places which gives the opportunity to really soak in the breathtaking surroundings. Definitely an imprint in our memory.

We were lucky to select Panorama Hotel and Maiori beach town from the countless options in Amalfi. Panorama Hotel enhanced our stay in quiet town of Maiori by offering very clean and spacious 2 bedroom apartment for four adults, nice beds, ocean view, air-conditioned, Extremely courteous 24x7 reception staff ready to help and english speaking. Delicious Continental Breakfast from roof-top infinite ocean view restaurant every morning was incredible. Hotel offers private beach access, umbrella, towels and lifeguard. Hotel has easy walking access to good restaurants, fast food, coffee, gelato, center, ferry terminal to amalfi, salerno,etc. Besides Ferry and public buses, we found taxi fares very reasonable to/from hotel location and various places like Minori, Ravello, Amalfi, Vetri due to its central location. Hotel staff helped us find a private taxi to Pompii at a very short notice and driver waited for 2hours which was enough to see most parts of Pompii. Maiori beach we felt is perfect for bathing, light swimming, very clean water, warm and enjoyable compared to other busy beaches on amalfi coast and its just 2 min walk from Panorama Hotel. Morning 1-2 hours swim before venturing out for the long day or evening cool off after all day sightseeing in hot 90 degree summer was incredible.

USB charging ports on the wall will be big plus for international travellers , but not a big deal.

Breakfast was fantastic and is definitely worth adding to your stay. The views are spectacular from the roof top area. Staff helped with transfers, activities and getting more pillows etc. The location was perfect for our needs also. The discount you get at the beach club entry also is well worth it and literally across the road which is very convenient.

Our rooms only window backed on to a ground level where the staff would walk past constantly opening and closing a door which didn't feel very private to have it open . Just ask not to be in room 222. Any other room I feel would have been fine, we wish we opted for ocean view as it was a beautiful view.

The beach is very close, the roof terrace is amazing, breakfast was wonderful. They have luggage room, too.

A little bit old fashioned and our room was in a bad location (no.222), next to cleaning room. In this case at the early morning we already got up for washing machine, at the evening we could not open the window because the staff was there (our window was at that side where the staff has terrace for hanging the sheets, etc...)
