One of the most Beautiful stay, the hotel is charming full beautiful details you get lost in every object. The personnel is so kind and welcoming, the room stunning, i had a single room a bit small yet so beautiful the location is perfect i would come back :)

I generally never add reviews but this property deserved it!! It was worth the money, it very cosy and transports you to a different zone.. beware the hotel is on 2nd floor and there is no lift… location wise it’s very well located! I’d suggest staying here instead of sorrento if you wish to visit Ravello, Amalfi etc as it is very close.. only positano is slightly far .. the person at the hostel (not sure if he is the owner) is very sweet, will play the piano in the morning while we have breakfast… only that he is not very fluent in English but that didn’t really cause an issue .. I booked the hotel at the last minute after reading someone’s review and it was worth it.. also note the rooms are naturally cooler compared to the temperature outside but they have decent blankets ! Also there’s a pizza place >5min away, called Almars (something on that lines) they have such amazing pizzas!!! You need not go anywhere else.. I had the buffala margarita both nights ..

Very nice & luxuriously decorated historical Casa of a family of lemon plantation owners. Auhentic 19th century spirit. Breakfast on the balcony with sea view, of in the salone next to the old grand piano. Anielo is the very friendly housekeeper who will tell you which restaurants to visit and which Italian music to listen. Parking facilities at hotel Miramar, around the corner.

it is a truly special property: you fall backwards in time and wake up in a slightly derelict but impeccable wealthy home from the 1800’s. The service is perfect. The staff rivals a five-star y.

It is a gem, but the structure is old, and this is evident.

The hotel was located in a very nice town, very close to Amalfi. The hotel and the room itself had a very nice view, the view from the breakfast room was very beautiful as well. The staff was amazingly nice and helped me along greatly.

There were very little things that I didn't like about my stay. But if I did have to write down a few improvements I would start with the bathroom. The shower doesn't have a place to hang it, which is a minor inconvenience. Also the layout of the room made it a little awkward to walk to the bathroom. But, again, minor inconveniences.

There is an old piano in the breakfast room. The many years of the last century left the traces on the instrument. It's old but looking charming. It's slightly out of tune but it creates magical music. The owner plays it for the guests during the breakfast. The hotel is very much like this piano. It witnessed years of glamorous time. The years are gone but the magic of the place stayed.... We had wonderful time. Our room had access to the roof terrace, which we enjoyed very much. We will miss the place

The lady at the reception was super nice and lovely. The service at the breakfast was really nice. The room was directly in the center but still in a very calm area. The style of the hotel is definitely unique. The view from the balcony to the mountains was really nice too.

There was a fridge in the room. Which is nice but unfortunately it made some noise every few minutes. But with earplugs no problem :)! The pillows of the bed weren't so comfortable unfortunately.

Aniello is without question, a phenomenal superior host and exceeds any and all guest expectations. In our opinion there isn't a more polished, attentive Hotel representative in the world. He is without question, hands down, the absolute best in the HOSPITALITY HOTEL business!

Everything was perfect.

we liked it very much, however you must accept it is an old mansion house of a lemon exporter. it’s a bit like staying in an old English manor house where the old obey has fun out, it’s a bit faded. Whatever the short comings the property is a delight and the couldn’t have been more helpful and extremely friendly.

The decoration is BEAUTIFUL! old classic italian, and our room, number 10, was the best! with it’s own kitchen and big rooftop terrace! very good location.. the young lady who fixed breakfast and the rooms was so nice and helpful!

There is no elevator so going up so many stairs was HORRIBLE! and the man in charge of the front desk didn’t speak english or spanish, and was no help at all! didn’t offer to help with the bags we had to beg him! we were just two girls. also they we’re very annoying with the fact we had to pay a tax, which is ok, but we said we’d do it at the end, specially because you had to go to another hotel to pay it, it couldn’t be done there. but they insisted every day, even though in the paper it said it had to be payed when we left, so that was annoying.
