The studio was really big and I particularly liked the aesthetics of the room. There was a long balcony with side sea view, there was also a huge common sun terrace with direct sea view. The best part of the place was it's proximity to sea beach and bus stop.

Great Location - 5 minutes from beach, 7 minutes from bus station and 10 minutes from ferry port (direction to Amalfi, Positano, Capri). The apartments location allows reach the highway towards Naples and Salerno bypassing the busy coastal road. Privet parking ( very important for all villages on the coast). The apartments was quite big: living room, bed room, bath room and balcony. Clean, necessary utensils and kitchen equipment. In general everything was good.

It was close to everything. The room was very big. It was clean. Claudia was very accommodating.

The property could use some upgrades.

The oudoor facilities at this hotel are amazing. Maiori is a gem of the Amalfi Coast with less craziness than other major towns. The room met our needs although some dish soap and other amenities to let us clean dishes would have been helpful.

We were met by the hosts, who were very kind and accommodates us with the requests we had, and we were also able to leave the luggages and check in before the room was ready (which was ready for us before the actual check in time). The location is great, close to the city center and the beach, and also a few minutes away from the bus stop.

The furniture of the apartment was a bit old, and gave an institutional feeling about the accommodation.

The apartment is spacious, comfortable, from the balcony you can see the sea. The beach is very close, as is the bus station to Salerno or Amalfi. The supermarket is further up the street and is well stocked. Maiori is an elegant and charming resort and La Residenza was the perfect choice for our stay.

Since the apartment had a small kitchen, plates, cutlery, cups, pots, it would have been useful to have salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar, basic elements to quickly prepare a tea, a coffee or a salad. We didn't have any dish detergent, just a sponge, cloth and towels.

Top floor has a washing machine & dryer - 1€ for 1hr use…..otherwise across the rd is a laundry mat - 5€ for a wash & 1€ for 8min in their huge dryer…..only took 24min to dry clothes in it. Must try the family owned deli directly across the rd from the hotel. Yummy sandwiches. Maiori is not tourist crowded & prices were much cheaper than Positano or Amalfi eg sun bed & umbrella is 15€ in Maiori - Positano is 40€ & Amalfi was 30€…..although to be fair the place we went to in Amalfi was private = restaurant attached & service directly to your sun bed. Margarita pizza is 6€ in Maiori - Positano is 18€. I’m not complaining about the prices. Can’t save $ on holidays lol…..just a tip for other families. 10-15min walk to port to catch ferries.

I wish the rooms were cleaned daily. But for a 3 star place it was good. Still happy to stay there again.

Soooo perfect, clean, Equipped with full of new amenities. Everything as described in photos. Calm and very beautiful neighborhood. Accessible to station and beach only in 1 minute. City is not crowded and not expensive compared to amalfi. The balcony and big terrace view to see is marvelous. Staff behavior was one of a kind! Very friendly, very hospitable, very welcoming, and easy check-in.They speak English very good and have good recommendation. My only choice for next trips.

Fabulous location as well as fabulous view from both our room and the rooftop terrace. The room was well equipped, including a good-sized fridge. Directly across the street from the hotel is a great laundromat, and next door to the laundromat is a fabulous local market owned and operated by the friendliest gentleman selling meats, cheeses, sandwiches, and wines.

Our room, although dated, was very large; it had a separate sitting room with a couch and dining table, a small kitchen area, and a bedroom along with a bathroom. The shower was very small, which is commonplace in Europe, but the room overall is huge; there is more than enough space to renovate and incorporate a bigger shower. However, if you're not a woman trying to shave your legs, the size of the shower probably won't matter to you too much.

The location and size of the property. Located very centrally to transport, supermarket and restaurants. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Good parking available.

It was dated, but the property seems to be in the middle of renovations. Seeing as it is an apartment it lacked a few basic essentials such as a bread board and bread knife. Wine glasses and some smaller teacups.
