The breakfast was lovely especially the eggs the chef cooks. He is brilliant! The cleaning staff are beyond brilliant, the rooms are cleaned spotless every day. All the breakfast staff were fantastic, very friendly and accommodating. All the staff is excellent. The reception staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Enna was exceptional from the start to the end. She is a great asset to this hotel.

The beach towel situation is woeful. Every hotel I have been to with a pool does not give you one towel for the time you spend there. We were there for nine nights and were given one towel and told it was complimentary and then we could pay 5 € each time we required a fresh towel or we could go to the laundromat. How greedy can this hotel get. We paid enough to stay there, we are tourists and have to go to the laundromat to clean the hotel towels. This is disgusting, they are greedy as we paid enough to stay, unfortunately it leaves a bad taste.

The location, the size of the room, the breakfast was excellent (my favourite meal of the day!) Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Danka on breakfast duty. The swimming pool, even though it was cold, it was very refreshing once in! Maiori in my opinion was the best on the coast. Lovely long promenade, good eating places and easy access to transport.

Despite telling you it was our 40th anniversary, I was disappointed that the balcony had a side view as I was expecting a front view terrace. There was no grab handle in the bath to enter and exit when showering. It is especially important when you have mobility issues. I hated the fact that the chauffeur driven limousines were always parked outside the front entrance, making it difficult to enter and exit (usually 4 or 5 at any one time.

The location was great. Breakfast was a good selection and included request made omelettes :)

The beach advertises was closed - we stayed mid October but this was not advised prior to travel. We were in a room 01 which was behind the stairs and lift. No noise from lift but excessive noise from people up and down stairs - don’t stay in these rooms. The hotel staff could be more communicative on events around Maiori. There was a parade and fireworks one night which we missed as a result. The transport is not reliable (bus or ferry). If you need to get back to Salerno keep money aside for $100 EU.

- Breakfast was very good, with lots of choices. Hot and cold. - Nice little Bar on main floor with great Bartender. - Staff was extremely helpful, booking taxis and assisting with directions. - Staff also promptly responded to our emails when we were setting up our trip. - Hotel is located directly across from the beach. No need to climb steps or hills to get your luggage there.

- Swimming pool was ice-cold! Saw lots of people dip there foot in then turn away. Such a shame when it is such a beautiful swimming pool. - No way to change the temperature in our room.

Comfortable hotel in a convenient location. In the very center of the small town of Maiori. There are paid and free beaches. The hotel does not provide free sunbeds, there is not even a discount for visitors. If you are traveling with a family, this is an ideal place, but if you want to have fun and have a good time, then the choice of entertainment is almost non-existent. The hotel has good breakfasts, good staff, excellent cleanliness, a good minibar and room.

Breakfasts could be improved by adding more vegetables. There are many things you have to pay extra for: iron, sun loungers.

Maiori and Reginna Palace Hotel are a great place to stay on the Amalfi coast, this was the best hotel of our whole trip. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay, even holding some luggage for us a couple of days. Maiori itself is excellent as it is a lot less crowded than Amalfi or Positano but still easy to reach most places via ferry for day trip outings. The hotel location is fantastic, on the beach front and close to everything, it also had a wonderful pool and the best hotel breakfast we have had during our travels.

Nothing, we couldn’t fault this place, just wish it was a bit less expensive

Marie at the front desk was exceptional in ensuring that our stay was the best possible. The location of our room with a side sea view, was perfect as we could also view the eateries and people below. The room was on the smaller side, but ample and bright. The breakfast was wonderful. The unusual fruits, pastries, cereals, plus an omelette station and bacon, sausage. The swimming pool was a lovely layout and includes 2 diving boards. The Hotel is centrally located for shops, restaurants, and waterfrontage.

The parking fee is very high, but understandable in a mostly walking town.

Absolutely everything, from the property, rooms, and amenities to the staff and service, was exceptional. This was our first destination, and it really set the bar high. We highly recommend this hotel for families. We'd especially like to highlight the cleaner, Pina; the waiter, Anabel; and the reception staff member, Sergio. All were incredibly friendly and helpful. We’re definitely coming back again!

This hotel is quite simply the best in Maiori.......... Upgraded to superior room and was rewarded with full front sea view. Absolutely fantastic hotel in great location. Room was very large and the aircon superb. Staff highly attentive and friendly always. Will return!!

The pool was exceptionally cold (sea water). It was also very deep in most areas so very limited for children and non swimmers. It had a high diving board which looked terrifying (but teenagers were enjoying) but with no lifeguard it made me nervous to watch!
