We highly recommend this stay for people who want to explore the Amalfi coast and avoid crowded stays at Amalfi and Positano. 10/10 We booked our stay at Panoramic Residence in Maiori at Amalfi Coast. From the very first moment, the staff were very welcoming and helpful. They upgraded our stay as a gift and offered an amazing apartment with a magnificent view over the sea. our apartment was on the 6th floor, with easy access to 2 elevators. very clean apartment, very colorful. kitchen equipped with everything, even with a coffee machine with free pods( if you want more pods you can ask the reception, and they will give it for 0.5 euros per pod which is a very affordable price) the balcony was our preferred part with its panoramic view over the beach and the mountains. The apartment is within 2 minutes walk from the beach. about a 5-minute walk from the port where you can take a ferry to Amalfi, Salerno, and other cities/towns around the coast. The bus stop is 5 minutes walk from it as well which again gives a great rest of mind if you want to catch a bus.

The apartment showcases recent renovations, boasting a contemporary design and comprehensive amenities. The building and parking facilities are gated and well secured. Although a beachfront view is not possible, the property is conveniently located a very short distance to the boardwalk and beach.

The property is not solely occupied by Residence Panoramic, other full-time residents also reside on the premises. The building's age necessitates certain repairs. In my opinion, the elevator requires immediate replacement, as it malfunctioned upon our initial arrival, seems to be beyond its service life, which presented a significant challenge when transporting luggage to the fourth floor.

I loved everything. The staff were so friendly and helpful. It had everything that you need in a studio apartment. The view from the balcony was stunning.

We had a fantastic experience staying at Residence Panoramic in Maiori! Cleanliness: The apartment was very clean and well-maintained, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. Staff: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful — always available and made us feel truly welcome. Location: Perfect location in Maiori — just a short walk to the bus station, local markets, and the beach. Everything we needed was right nearby. View: The view from our apartment was absolutely breathtaking — overlooking the sea and the charming town of Maiori. It was a highlight of our stay. Highly recommended! We booked a small, one-room apartment but as we arrived, we got to know that our booking was upgraded, so we stayed in a beautiful separate bedroom-living room apartment with a big terrace. We were happy with the change, enjoyed the stay, Frederica was really helpful and nice. We were close to everything (3 mins to the beach). All in all: perfect stay.

There was no cutting board in the kitchen, it made us harder to prepare a proper food. We would advice to have a broom in the flat, in one week it became quite dirty and was hard to clean.

The room and the stunning view! The view was the main reason I booked it and it’s exactly as in photos. The balcony is really big and i really enjoyed sitting there in the evening and early in the morning watching the sunrise😍 Maiori is a small town, beaches are mostly private with a small strip of a public one. You can easily get from it to Amalfi and Positano by ferry.

Everything was good about the property. We came early and they let us leave our luggage, prepared our room earlier and didn’t even charge for it, what I’m really grateful for! A little recommendation may be just for improvement of the services: better communication between the staff as I received too many messages from them and had to answer several times the same question about arrival time to different ppl. And though the staff was nice (can’t complain), they would have been exceptional if provided some recommendations and information about the beach, some directions may be. But this is of course just a minor wish which is in no way affected overall good experience!

Location of the hotel is excellent. An easy walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. We did not have a sea view, but rather a view of the mountains and neighbouring hotels/apartments which was fine. A sea view would have been preferable but we had not pre-booked our preference. We made use of the roof top patio which offered a beautiful view of the sea and surrounding area. The beach was very close; a short block away and across the street. All in all, a perfect location.

The rooftop patio was not decorated or furnished for the season which was disappointing. Flower pots had not been filled and furniture was very sparse. Despite the beautiful view, it was not overly inviting.

Perfect location for exploring Maiori, beach access, close to the ferry for exploring the Amalfi coast. Really clean - apartment had everything you need. Spacious balcony with a beautiful view of the sea. The staff were super friendly, welcoming, helpful and knowledgable about the town (Great restaurant recommendations!). Family friendly - the staff on reception were great with our little boy and made such a fuss of him everyday!

The staff is super friendly and supportive. The room was ready by the time we arrived ( 10.30am) though the checking time was 2.00pm. They have given us croissants , biscuits with all other basic stuff. Room was super comfortable and clean. The view from the balcony is breathtaking.The location is good. The bus stop and ferry port is in walking distance. The best hotel during our italy trip of 12 days. Would recommend this to any and especially people travel with kids. If you have a rainy day and decide to stay in the tv has no any English Channel and the connection is bad, I think they should have a couple of tv channels in English for those who like to watch tv before bed time.
