Annalisa & Cristina and staff run a fantastic hotel. They are extremely kind & hospitable people who go to great lengths to make your stay memorable. We stayed in room 4, a spacious sea view room on the side of the hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the room had all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was served each morning at the time of our choosing from a long list of available items. The balcony, which is large and holds a lounger, two chairs, and two mechanical sun awnings, faces the west toward the Mezzacapo Castle and beyond that Ravello where the buildings of Villa Cimbrone & Villa Rufalo can clearly be seen. The hotel has an arrangement with Lido Eldorado across the street for guests to use their sunbeds and umbrellas, and hotel supplied us with beach towels. There's a gelato shop right by the entrance and Travelmar kiosk across the street for booking ferries to other villages. The hotel is great and Maiori with its pretty lungomare is a great little base for visiting the Amalfi Coast.

Everything was great, Especially the rooms are very clean, the corner room (#3) was very spacious. The balcony of the room where we also had our breakfast was very nice, wonderful view. They serve breakfast to the room which we liked. Breakfast was very good as you got to order and do a selection from a detailed list in advance to be delivered on the time of your choice within the serving window (8:00-9:30). I had parking reserved (it's two blocks away in a private larger garage, the spaces are small tough but that's the standard here) and they followed me to show the way. The gesture of a few free soft drinks in the fridge is well appreciated too on a hot day when you were not fully prepared yourself.

Everything was great. I could have whished for dinking/vine glasses in the room but the coffee cups worked well too. Worth to note that there is a street with traffic on the seaside and the walls are not that isolating (either from noise from other rooms) so if you are very very sensitive you might need to consider.

Hotel Review We had an excellent experience during our stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were extremely friendly, always ready to help us with any questions or details we needed. The room service was also exceptionally attentive, with very courteous staff who made sure everything was spotless and well stocked. The breakfast was outstanding. In addition to the quality and variety of the food, the team serving it was extremely professional and helpful. On one occasion, we forgot to submit our breakfast request, but they still went out of their way to prepare it and offer it to us without any problem. I would definitely recommend this place for its warm hospitality, the comfort of the facilities, and the attention to detail that makes you feel welcome at all times.

We absolutely loved this hotel. Perfect in every way. Incredible spot. Beach across the street. Staff was AMAZING! The bed was comfy the room had great ac and the view my god the view. Room 4 is the spot. All the rooms have a view. We were in trouble because we didn’t line up a taxi in advance r to take us to the Salerno train station. The woman at the desk I wish I knew her name, maybe Annelisa. She was phenomenal and ended up finding us a taxi last minute through a few phone calls. She saved our butt big time. We adore her. Because of her we are in Rome right now. A+ service. We WILL be back. Maiori is so much better than Positano. Abbiamo adorato questo hotel. Perfetto in ogni modo. Posto incredibile. Spiaggia dall'altra parte della strada. Il personale era INCREDIBILE! Il letto era comodo, la camera aveva un'ottima aria condizionata e la vista mio dio la vista. La stanza 4 è il punto. Tutte le camere hanno vista. Eravamo nei guai perché non avevamo prenotato in anticipo un taxi che ci portasse alla stazione dei treni di Salerno. La donna alla scrivania vorrei sapere come si chiama, forse Annelisa. È stata fenomenale e ha finito per trovarci un taxi all'ultimo minuto attraverso alcune telefonate. Ci ha salvato il culo alla grande. La adoriamo. Grazie a lei siamo a Roma in questo momento. Un servizio. Noi torneremo. Maiori è molto meglio di Positano.

Lovely large room with green floor tiles (blue in bathroom) and bedspread of roses. Long balcony with chaise longue and two chairs and a view of the beach. Panorama Hotel is right next door. Breakfast is served to your room on a wheeled tray. Tick what you’d like the day before. Fresh fruit and orange juice, pastries and cake. Coffee maker in room and fridge. Supermarket up the street.

Remember to change your breakfast order if you’d like something different, otherwise it’s the same as Day 1.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was spotless and very clean, which made me feel comfortable right away. The staff were exceptionally attentive, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. One of the highlights was having breakfast delivered to our room every morning – such a thoughtful touch! Overall, my experience was perfect, and I would definitely stay here again.

I booked a hotel in Maiori in order to circumvent the odd/even rule for traffic on the Amalfi coast road. I'm so glad I did! Not only was the hotel really comfortable but it was right on the seafront with superb views out from the coast.

The parking arrangements were a little odd - they have four parking spaces on a gated side-street which felt slightly insecure - we were driving a valued 1972 motor car - but no problem, everything was safe and secure.

Lovely large clean room that was nice & bright with windows on two sides. Large balcony with a beautiful sea view and sunloungers as well as chairs. Large bathroom with a hairdryer & complementary toothbrushes & slippers. The lady that checked us in and out was really friendly and helpful and always smiling, as was the other lady who brought us breakfast & well what can we say about breakfast, it was amazing !! We ticked a sheet of what we would like on arrival and every morning we had a trolly brought to the room that was so cute with more than enough on, so much so we used some of what we got to take out for our lunches. We would highly recommend the hotel !! They even got us a bottle of limoncello on checkout for our celebration 🍾 🥰

The beds were a little on the hard side for us but that's just down to personal preference and the lovely fluffy pillows made up for it, we still got a good night's sleep.

First was the check in, we were met at the elevator and were checked in with no problems. We were given instruction on the room and given a paper order form for breakfast ( by the way served every morning in the room). Since the hotel is on the main road walking everywhere was not an issue. We had a front facing room that looked over the water with a perfect balcony

Was a good location with staff on hand, very comfortable with functional air conditioning. breakfast included in the room was a very nice touch and first class.

There was a DeAth thing that we didn’t like about this property but just like most of the properties in the area they are older buildings. And they have small bathrooms and showers. But these are clean, well appointed and well maintained.
