The hotel is a little old-fashioned, but that suited us perfectly. The rooms were clean, the staff were very kind, the breakfast was generous (for Italy) and the hotel was very well-situated, not far from the train station and on the edge of the old town. We were given a bottle of fizzy water every evening when we came in; a very thoughtful touch.

Excellent central position. Big room under Italian standards. We were given a room with a big terrace. Comfy bed and clean room. Breakfast had croissants from next door bakery. Great price. The only thing I would change is the guy who is at the reception in the morning. He NEVER said hi neither answered a good morning. He did so with my husband, though.. If I was the owner I would fire him!

Good hotel in a great location, immediately next to the pedestrian area in the town centre. Friendly and helpful staff. The decor and the facilities in the hotel are a bit dated, which also has a certain charm. Breakfast is OK, not great. You can get in front of the hotel by car to drop off the luggage, but parking is a few minutes walk away (it is cheap, though). Rooms are quiet at night.

Housekeeping came in my room every day, which I found very intrusive, and there was no ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign. I felt like I was back living with my parents!

Breakfast good. Staff friendly and helpful. Great to be able to get cold water for your room or to put in your drink bottle.

The central location was an advantage. The staff were very helpful.

The car park to the hotel was a long distance to walk so was an issue with regard to transferring luggage. Parking outside the hotel problematic with very busy and chaotic traffic.

The location is very good, on the edge of the historical centre and within waking distance on level ground to the train station. Paid parking was available close by too. The staff were nice and professional, and the place is well run. We had some difficulty getting the TV to work and told the Manager about it in our way out for the evening. He promised to look into it. On our return, the night Manager told us the issue had been fixed. That's great customer care! We liked the second door that separates the bedroom from the little entrance - it shuts off any corridor noise. Bed linen was crisp and white! A nice touch was a free raffle for a huge chocolate egg and some bottles of prosecco on Easter Sunday morning.... The breakfast was decent with a good choice from fresh pastries to hams and cheeses....

The rooms are a little dated, but everything works well.

The Staff was extremly helpful; for example on the return from night out they offered us a water. Great location, in the middle of the old town, supermarket is next door.
