This is an amazing apartment right in the city centre, just a few steps from the Basilica di Sant'Andrea. I stayed on the 3rd floor in apartment 2. It's a large room, with tea, coffee, a couple of small cakes and a fridge with water. I could not have expected more. More so by the minimal price I paid. Just a note that there's no view from the small windows, however, you feel very private in this attic room. I arrived by bicycle touring Italy. I can confirm that this property does have a sufficiently safe place to store a bicycle overnight. A lock is also recommended as a double precaution. If I ever return to Mantova, I'll certainly be staying here again.

There was really nothing that I didn't like about this apartment. Except that the bathroom sink tap wobbled. Please get it fixed..just a few twists with a screwdriver is all it takes.

Location was great - in the heart of Mantova's old town. We had the family suite which consists of two rooms with a shared bathroom. The apartment has several units with a shared living area. The place was clean, bathroom was huge, the air-conditioners functioned perfectly. The host met us at the apartment at check-in, she was very friendly and helpful, she even reserved a table at the restaurant opposite from the building for us.

The host could have been more communicative. We sent her several messages to ask about check-in procedures, but received no answer. We called several times, no answer either. When we were about an hour away from Mantova, she finally called us back to arrange check-in. It went perfectly in the end, but we were worried up to that point that we would not be able to check-in.

Mantua is a gem and this apartment is a gem within it. The apartment is clea and stylish. We rented one room. The common space is shared with another room, but we never saw that guest. I wish we would have stayed another night to take more advantage of the city and these great accomodations.

The location was really central, 2 min and you are at the main square. Room was good and clean,big bathroom, coffee and tea and some sweet cakes were in room.Stefania was very helpful and helped us to find the specific meal we were looking for.

The only problem was that water was either hot or cold,difficult to find the right shower temperature

This place is really exceptional for the price. The location is perfect amidst city center but still calm. The facilities and the rooms are super clean, tidy and welcoming. The host lady was also so kind, professional and helpful. I can highly recommend this place!

The apartment was remodeled in a modern style. The bed was comfortable which very important for me. The host Stefania was most lovely and made our stay pleasant. It's in a great location.

the position and vibe of the room was fantastic

please remember to come after 15:00 to check in, the hostel doesn't have a reception gate and you can't even enter the front door. The staff is busy to answer your call

Location is super centre. Mantova is very small and this place is right near two main piazza. Nice for a rest during day. Wifi is fast. Check-in was easy.

Parking is bit difficult in the centre, but this place have its private parking options, easy to find. It its top floor so that a bit hot, but this place have air conditioning.

There's a place inside on ground floor for bicycles. Location is good, Nicely decorated and laid out, comfortable. Good communication.
