Very warm welcoming, informative. Having the restaurant in the same infrastructure is a plus. I had an excellent dinner. Breakfast was fine and wifi all around the structure was fine.

A bit disappointed with charging me a small bottle of water that was in the room. I guess it could be offered. Couldn't switch off the air conditioning without taking out the room card from the power outlet.

The property is a cool old building with character. The staff was very accommodating; we arrived later and wanted to eat dinner at the on-site restaurant. They served us an excellent meal. It turned out theirs was a two-time Michelin rated establishment. This was my second stay, and I would choose it again.

I stayed here for about 2 weeks on a business trip. The entire staff was wonderful and patiently worked with me through my broken Italian. From the breakfast staff to cleaning staff to administrative staff I was met with nothing but smiles. I dined at the restaurant a majority of the evenings and the food and staff did not disappoint. I look forward to staying here again.

Parking in the evenings is a challenge should you dine elsewhere. The restaurant is fantastic and naturally attracts a lot of business so several times I had to park on the road outside the gates and set my alarm to move my car after the restaurant crowd departed around 23:00.

Our stay was amazing, best one so far in Italy. We brought our 2 elderly dogs and the staff was so kind. We got a lovely room on the first floor with a little terras. We had lunch and dinner at the restaurant. The food is absolutely fantastic, local cuisine, local wines, all of superb quality. The overall ambiance of the place is very warm and welcoming. Highly recommend this place!

Very peaceful and pleasant hotel with amazing restaurant. Great location for visiting Maralello / Ferrari Museum. Very helpful and proffesional staff. Really great breakfast - even simple toast or fresh juice was remarkable kind of food. And that coffee... wow! And very comfortable beds!

Rooms were pretty hot but I hit the heat-wave in Italy (over 40.C) so it was hot everywhere,... Still hotel is sourounded by trees so when you keep the window open it does cool down over night. The parking lot may be occupied by restaurant guests but do not bother - just park on the street outside and wait till they are gone (~10.30pm) and then you can move the car to the secured area.

It is in a peaceful environement. The dinner was exceptional (pasta, meat, sweets,…). I recomend this place to everyone who likes to eat local food.

There was nothing to dislike.

Great location. Lovely property but a few small niggles. Air conditioning didn’t work. Also returned to the room after visiting the Ferrari factory to find the room door open. Staff had apparently gone to get additional cleaning supplies but door was wide open with laptop visible had anyone just walked in. Had a telephone apology but nobody ever came back to finish the cleaning. Breakfast was not a buffet but was more than ample.

The location is excellent, close to Maranello, Modena, and Parma. The restaurant and the staff are excellent. The hotel is very nice with great parking.

Beautiful property with an amazing restaurant and the hotel is close to the Maranello/Ferrari museum. The staff were very helpful, especially providing gluten free items for breakfast and dinner.

Our room was very nice and clean, but the mattress was a little too firm for us.
